Great lake views from 2 story vacation home on the marina channel in Turkey Point. Sleeps 8. 3 bedrooms (queen bed, queen bed, queen bed + single bed, extra single floor mattress) and 2 full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor propane BBQ and fire-pit. Gorgeous sun room. Channel location with new sturdy dock; stunning sunsets out back. Lake access across street and very short walk to sandy beaches. Lots to do in the area - boating, fishing, hiking, biking, wineries, breweries, zip lining, and more - all very close by. Cozy winter retreat with wood-burning fireplace.

Spacious updated beach house

This house is close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, and has plenty of space for 8 people. This place may not be the best option for someone working remote due to WiFi going in and out. Susan was great to deal with and was responsive to any questions that we had. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful cottage; clean, top of line appliances, beds, bedding & furniture. Very comfortable Enjoying the view of the outer bay was a 24/7 delight. Having our boat easily accessible was so convenient. Susan was very accommadating with any needs to be addressed quickly.

Wish we could have stayed longer

The property is really beautiful, so relaxing and welcoming. The area is also very beautiful, right on Lake Erie watching the sailboats in the distance. There is a beach nearby, restaurants and, of course, ice cream. Excellent communication. Definitely recommend.

This property was absolutely amazing in every sense. Cleanliness of the house was top notch. Sleeping arrangements were fabulous, beds were super comfortable. Felt like home. Walking distance from a restaurant which was located right by the water, amazing food! Would definitely rent this place again!

Susan has a beautiful property. It was wonderful to be able to wake up and watch the sunrise surrounded by water. Loved seeing the boats come in. The cottage was beautiful. Super clean and very comfortable! Susan was a great host. She is friendly and easy to communicate with. 5 stars absolutely !

Perfect Runaway

We had the greatest, most relaxing holiday at this Turkey Point rental. Had everything we needed, had lovely lake views, heated croquet matches, and evenings around the fire pit. Susan and Ken were very quick with our inquiries. We would not hesitate to rent again.

Worth every penny!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gem of a property: - Amazing location, quick access to the beach a 1 min drive away. - A great view of Lake Erie from the front deck or 2nd storey balcony - A fantastic solarium to enjoy the breeze It was spacious and just what we needed for our small family of 4 (ages 1.5 and 4) and my wife's father who is 77. Thank you Susan!

Perfect Cottage Getaway

Our family booked this cottage for a week, and it was perfect! Close to the beach and the kids loved fishing off the dock. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for the week. We will definitely be booking again, can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Cottage in Turkey Point

Felt more like a home than a cottage! Amazingly well maintained property with high end appliances, and comfortable and clean furnishings. Open concept main floor was perfect for our group of 5 to cook and relax together and felt safe letting our 10 month old daughter crawl around. On top of it all the location was perfect, views to the beach right out the window. Located on a quiet road out of the way of the main busier beach area, less than a 5min walk to a beautiful sandy beach but a quieter more naturalized beach right across the road. Susan was super fast at responding and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely be back.

Gem in Turkey Point

My wife and I have stayed VRBO-listed places in several countries and tend towards higher-end: tl, dr: 1 Duncan is in running for the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at. Nearly newly-built, quiet property with unobstructed, amazing view to lake on one side and frontage on canal on the other for sunrises and sunsets. Beautiful layout with fully-equipped kitchen, laundry-all new appliances. Lots of room for us four adults to spread out and relax. Although the house is fully air conditioned, we spent most of the time in the lanai with cooling lake breeze listening to the sound of birds. We watched an orange full moon rise over the lake from comfy chairs on front veranda. BBQ on deck. Fire pit in back yard. Bicycles were available, but we ran out of time to use them. The owner, Susan was super responsive with questions and made recommendations for restaurants (one a 3 minute walk south towards the jetty), uncrowded beach (a little but north and over the sea grass) and a quality winery within 5 minute drive. We bought wine. Incredible value for money and thanks to Susan for hosting us at 1 Duncan, where we could relax, make new memories, and have fun.

Amazing place with incredible views, and perfect layouts

The place is just stunning! Like a staged house. Kitchen is a dream! The sun room is perfect to meditate, take the sun, nap, tallk over drinks at night. The whole place is spotless clean, the kitchen is filled with everything you would need and more, It comes with bbq and seating outdoors or indoors. The bedrooms are perfect size. One downstairs and two more upstairs. Susan and husband are terrific. Quick answer to any silly question. The place is steps from the lake and almost at the end of the road that makes it cozy and very family friendly . The house even has access to the channel and could dock a boat or two. We rode the town by bike. Overall 5 out 5. Access to the sandy beach is a short walk. The town is perfect for a vacation getaway. We had fireworks on Saturday thanks to the restaurant about a block or so from us. We will surely come back pretty soon.
