The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances including a washing machine. The modern kitchen has all conveniences needed to cook a meal, including full size fridge & freezer, stove top and dishwasher. The property is supplied with olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh milk and a block of Ashgrove Cheese and biscuits!

Free WiFi complements the Smart TV and up-to-date sound system.

Enjoyed for its ocean views from the king size bedroom as well as the light and roomy main living area, The Nook nestles gently in a carefully landscaped garden, designed to attract local birdlife. Even our resident Little Penguins often wander through it to their nests.

At the end of the garden a private beach track leads you to a special rock seat – perfect for a morning coffee as the sun comes up, or a glass of wine at the end of a day’s exploring.
