Our 1232 Sq ft Villamare villa with community pool and elevator in Palmetto Dunes Resort has a fitness center, hot tub & kiddie pool, and direct beach access with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Our villa is close to 3 championship golf courses, a world-class tennis center, water sports, shopping, restaurants, etc. Enjoy the conveniences and amazing views of our incredible resort community & neighborhood!
Located in Palmetto Dunes Resort, this 2 bedroom villa features an updated single-story floor plan. The 2 private balconies provide a tranquil place to read or enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while relaxing to the sounds of the ocean waves. The location is centrally-located within Palmetto Dunes Resort, making our villa the ideal location to play and enjoy the surrounding amenities and beach!
The spacious king-sized primary bedroom has a gorgeous renovated ensuite with massive walk in shower & double vanity, a dresser for storage, a walk-out to one of two balconies, and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi throughout the residence and cable channels are included. The guest bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds with closet & dresser for storage, a walk-out to the second balcony, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub.
The living room features a comfy sectional with brand new furnishings and a flat screen smart TV with cable access. There is hallway access to the guest bathroom by the front entryway.
The kitchen has everything you need! The redesigned kitchen with quartz counter-tops and eat-in bar with stainless steel appliances are fully stocked with cookware & dishware needed to enjoy your time away from home. If your plans do not include cooking, a variety of restaurants are just outside your front door to please every appetite. Major retailers and grocery stores are in close proximity to the villa for more extensive shopping needs. There is a full size washer and dryer next to the kitchen for your laundry needs.
The Villamare grounds are laced with pathways around the ponds and gardens that lead you to the amenities on property. There is a fitness center at the entrance to Villamare that guest can easily walk to and enjoy while staying at our villa.
This gorgeous villa is just steps from the pool that backs up to the Atlantic Ocean dunes and the sundeck and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine surround the over-sized community pool! There is a kiddie pool & hot tub located next to the pool, as well as restrooms. Villamare has a community pool for use by owners and guests only. The outdoor pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset, and the Clubhouse with indoor heated pool and fitness center is open daily from 7:30am-5pm. The outdoor pool is heated March 15th-May 15th & October 15th-December 1st. The sundeck & outdoor hot tub are open year-round.

Beside the pool area, there are BBQ grills for guests to utilize. Take advantage of a short stroll on the beach to The Dunes House Oceanfront Bar & Grill for music and amazing fish tacos & frozen daiquiris!
The direct beach access boardwalk is located next to the Villamare pool for those who can't wait to swim, sunbathe, collect seashells, or build sandcastles on the miles of pristine beaches and sand dunes for which South Carolina is famous. Within Palmetto Dunes you will also find three championship golf courses, including the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, as well as a world-class tennis and pickleball center. The tennis center is rated #1 in the Carolinas by Tennis World and in the top 25 in the world by Tennis Resorts Online. Several courts are lighted for nighttime enjoyment. Camps and lessons are offered for those who wish to learn or improve their skills.
OUR WELCOME BOOK WILL PROVIDE MORE LOCAL ATTRACTIONS & INFO. We keep local menu guides and magazines in our villa to navigate through the many restaurants and attractions Hilton Head has to offer.
Beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach towels will be included, as well!

All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee.
Parking Pass information: Two parking passes are included with your reservation. Additional passes may be requested before arrival for an additional charge.
The Dunes Buggy service dates are March 13- March 31: 10AM-8PM and April 1- Labor Day: 8AM-9PM.

Do not take furniture out of the home or move it from one room or floor to another. NO RV's, sprinter vans or shuttles. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured. Only Villamare parking passes are permitted in Villamare parking lot. Other vehicles with passes from different complexes are subject to a citation or tow.*

Guest Access:
Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes are included in your rental rate. If you will need additional passes for your vehicles, you will need to pay $30.00 per pass and request all passes through host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Palmetto Dunes.

The Neighborhood:
Explore Palmetto Dunes Resort on 50 miles of protected trails for walking, jogging, or biking. Kayak or canoe your way around the calm 11-mile saltwater lagoon. Bikes, kayaks, beach and sporting equipment can be easily rented locally. The Dunes Buggy is a complimentary seasonal shuttle service (subject to resort availability) for those who prefer to catch a ride to destinations within Palmetto Dunes & Shelter Cove Marina.

Getting Around:
The villa is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes/Villamare Resort. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. The resort has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.
