The space
This is a secondary unit of our home, located in the basement with its own separate entrance from the backyard.
Ceiling is high enough,
There are two bedrooms, each contain a queen size bed; a nicely appointed living space with a sofa bed, a well furnished kitchen and a decent washroom.
if you are traveling with kids, we have a well equipped playroom for their comfort too (let us know if you need the space for extra sanitization)

Guest access
There is a large backyard, well maintained grass, you are welcome to lounge, take some air, but the deck is off limit (our kids are usually out there)
Backyard is a shared space, let us know if you want to use the grill

Other things to note
The host occupies the the main levels of the house.

*Please note*
we are a young family and have toddlers upstairs. you will hear some noise, we try to keep it down as much as possible.

There is no direct access to control the thermostat, It can be adjusted if needed, let us know.
