Welcome to our charming and cozy home in Niagara Falls! Just a 15-minute scenic drive along the Niagara River to the Falls, our location offers both convenience and tranquility. We're only 7 minutes from Old Fort Erie, 1 minute from the boat ramp, and close to Niagara Waterfront Park, making it the perfect spot to explore the area's natural beauty.

Our newly built home features breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The house includes:

2 Bedrooms – A king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom
Fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware and utensils
Washer & Dryer for your convenience

This is a nice clean and cozy spacious townhouse. Everything you see on the site is accurate. Anna and Roman thank you for opening up your home to my family. We had everything we needed for this spur of the moment New Year's Eve trip! Bedrooms had extra blankets and towels, the kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates etc. Thank you Anna for always being responsive..you had great suggestions for viewing the fireworks at the falls, things to do with our teen girls and even guiding us to the right supermarkets! We really enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book again someday.

Location was excellent to all area attractions. Interior was very clean and had all necessary equipment.The only negative was the lack of cable to the one tv and the lack of TVs I the bedrooms. Which seniors watch to go to sleep.

2025 Niagara Falls trip

Anna was amazing with communicating before arriving, the drive along the river as was suggested was loved by everyone. My husband absolutely loved the layout of the house and did I. Everything was thought of for our stay.

Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Quiet neighbohood. Comfortable beds, very nice linens. Towels were terrific. Kithchen had plenty if plates etc. Awesome ice maker! Anna was very responsive to messages. Close to the falls and downtown attractions. Would highly recommend.

A Beautiful Spot!

A group of friends and I had a wedding in the area and decided to make a weekend of it! We stayed here and had a wonderful time! Bringing our own groceries there was everything we needed to cook a "family" dinner and enjoy great company :) The large, double vanity in the primary bathroom made the experience of 3 girls getting ready for a wedding feel like what you'd see in a movie! I cannot recommend this cozy town home enough for anyone looking for a place to stay near Niagara Falls that is quiet and homey!
