Located in a premiere resort on Indian Point development a short drive past Silver Dollar City on Indian Point, The Roberta is a spectacular 8 bedroom/7 bathroom home with a private hot tub. Enjoy all of the amenities of the resort including a community pool and hot tub (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) along with a lovely view and kayaks that you can check out in the resort (Memorial Day to Labor Day). A 12x28 boat slip comes with your rental for FREE. Bring your own boat or rent one at Indian Point Marina nearby. With a gentle walk to the water of only 100 yards, relaxation on land and by boat can be had in seconds. Now with your OWN GOLF CART too!

Outdoors a private hot tub is a fantastic place to recover from those long days of Branson shopping and entertainment activities!

Excellent for a long weekend!

Several friends and I stayed at The Roberta for a long weekend to celebrate my bachelor trip. We had a wonderful time! There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space for everyone—not to mention the numerous amenities. We watched football while enjoying the rec room, used the outdoor fire pit and hot tub, and had an all around great time. We were also glad that the property was reasonably close to the Big Cedar properties and Ledgestone to get some phenomenal golf in. Thanks again to Braden and the rest of the Beth’s Breakaways crew for the hospitality!

This home is absolutely gorgeous. Every nook and cranny of this place is amazing. They thought of every need. In our case, everyone had their own suite. So big. So much room. We could all be in the kitchen at the same time and not be in each other's way. The golf cart, the dock, the game room, etc. etc. We will definitely be back. We all loved it!

Hot Summer Days at Roberta

The house was great and accommodated our group very well. We had only eight people but all couples and wanting their own bathrooms and finding a place with enough bathrooms is always difficult for us. So this house was well set up for couples. Everything that you could want was accommodated for from ample kitchenware to instructions on the multiple remotes for the TVs and how those work. Check in and out was very easy and well communicated. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

The house was absolutely beautiful!! It was great for our big family and the presentation during the Christmas season was gorgeous with a Beautiful, decorated tree in the main living room. Beth had great communication and answered all our questions prior to our trip. The house felt like a second home to us and we had the best stay. Our family is already getting plans together to stay again in the spring.

Wonderful family staycation.

5 stars!We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub and being so close to the lake—it made everything super convenient, especially having our boat nearby. The customer service was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable

We stayed with friends and had an absolutely wonderful time. Our group included adults as well as kids and the space was just perfect. Hot tub was nice, location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids and I really enjoyed sitting around the large table to share a meal with friends. Parking was a little tight, but never a major issue.

Church Women’s Retreat

All the ladies were very pleased with the house and the area. The house provided all the kitchen equipment we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and the game room.

Family reunion

This place is better and bigger than pictures seem to indicate. This was a perfect place for our 23 guests for a family reunion. Some unexpected circumstances arose and Beth did everything in her control to assist with things that were even out of her control to accommodate our situation. Amazing host!
