We live locally, so if there is an urgent need, we can be available. A right-to-use/rental agreement will be sent immediately after reserving the house for you to acknowledge.
RockyTop Branson Resort pool is always open, 24 hours a day, with normal use, during the summer season of mid May through early October. Resort Quiet time is from 10:30 pm – 7:30 am daily. No lifeguard is on duty and surveillance cameras are in use.

Staying In-Town at RockyTop Branson Resort makes your stay easier as it is sooo close to all the conveniences of Branson! We intentionally built our five-home resort with oversized master suite bedrooms, all with built-in solid wood beds, the kitchen is stocked with almost everything you need to make a meal. No bedrooms share a wall with another bedroom for added privacy! We provide paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, drinkware, food storage containers, and more so you feel at home. A large unforgettable waterfall pool and other amenities, so you can make memories with space between homes, sharing your amenities with five other homes instead of fifty or more. Parking directly in front of the house, with no steps to enter the house, plus extra overflow parking space for a boat, trailer, or additional vehicles, on the property. Your own propane fire pit and bbq grill, with an extra propane tank at your house in case you need it. You have your pool table in your house. A private 7-person hot tub that we check chemicals on between every stay and every other day during your stay so it’s clean and ready to use, some places only check them weekly…what? RockyTop Branson Resort, a unique intentionally designed place to make great new memories, is a five-home private development in the heart of town and has a private gated custom-built tri-level pool with an incredible mountain waterfall & infinity edge & 1' deep toddler five-bubbler splash area, poolside seating, poolside bathroom, directly across the drive area from your house! WOW! Other RockyTop amenities include a kids playground, five-hole golf putting green, a cornhole area, & horseshoe pit. Your house is built with ICF (insulated concrete forms) which gives it walls three times as thick as a normal house, and very quiet and well insulated. Bedrooms are larger than most and all master suites. Each home also has its own WiFi connection, no steps to enter the house, and parking directly in front of the house.
