It could be the rhythmic hum of the breaking waves, the reassuring wink from the iconic lighthouse, or the âwhooshâ from one of the worldâs biggest blowholes. Kiamaâs relaxing coastal vibe has an instant effect. The name Kiama is from its Wodi Wodi Indigenous name Kiaram-a, to which some sources give the meaning âwhere the sea makes a noiseââ a reference to the famous Kiama Blowhole.
This coastal escape was originally the only stop on your journey. Today it acts as the regionâs centre and base to explore in all directions. Nestled in the peaceful neighbourhood of Blowhole Point and conveniently close to Kiama, your stay promises a bustling agenda of activities and entertainment.
The White Water exudes freshness and originality, fully renovated while retaining its unique charm. The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen seamlessly connects with the living area, catering to groups of up to 8 people. Step out onto our large swimming pool or delightful terrace, boasting two seating areas where you can bask in the afternoon sun or showcase your BBQ skills. The living room provides a cosy retreat, featuring a large smart TV perfect for streaming Netflix and your favourite shows.
Every bed at White Water is adorned with luxurious mattresses offering extra support for a restful night's sleep. Our bedding is of natural fibre, resembling 5-star hotel quality linen. Your stay includes fresh towels and beach towels. For your convenience, White Water provides a washing machine and dryer to cater to your laundry needs.
Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Bachelor parties without prior approval. While White Water is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings or reunions, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.

HOUSE RULES
* Check-in: After 3:00 pm
* Checkout: 10:00 am
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* No pets allowed
* The home can accommodate up to 8 guests with the single day bed and the 1 single pull-out bed upon request, with a fee of $140 each. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
ADDITIONAL RULES
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This strictly is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is EIGHT people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FOUR people. No more than a maximum of TWELVE people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW
* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*The 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom can be turned into a 1 king bed. Please let us know upon booking if you need this set up so we can arrange it before your check-in!
*This property is suitable for babies or children. A cot and highchair are available at the home, however, we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up.
*Please note, this home has 4 security cameras. One facing the street side garden, one under the deck stairs facing the water and a camera at the back facing the waterside garden. The front door also has a ring doorbell. Rest assured it does not invade your privacy in any way as it cannot see into the home itself. We just want to make sure that the home is safe as well as any guest that stays here!
*There are several cactuses around the home and we ask our guests not to touch them or eat them. Please keep an eye on children around the cactuses.
*The home has game consoles and a record player that our guests are free to use! Please treat them with respect and put them back in place. Should there be any damage or loss, you may be liable for the charges.
*Please note, we do not supply firewood for the fireplace, however, you can buy firewood from the local supplier that is just a 6-minute drive from the home.
*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
