"Dune" at Sunshine Beach
With a spectacular ocean panorama, lush tropical gardens and a vantage point high on the hill, this Sunshine Beach luxury home is like an island paradise nestled within one of the coastâs most sophisticated enclaves. Dune, as the contemporary property is known, stretches out across two stylish levels, which are flooded in beautiful natural light for a sense of warmth and charm. The ambience helps enhance the sense of beach living done well â and taken to a whole other level.
Designed for the most modern of arrangements when it comes to friends and family, the propertyâs layout provides for self-contained accommodation on the ground floor, ideally set up to cater for groupings such as multiple generations. The floorplan encompasses a kitchen, bathroom, separate living area and spacious bedroom, all kitted out in a flowing palette of whites, neutrals and timbers, enlivened by lashings of greenery.
