Summary:
The perfect New Orleans Location! This freshly renovated, luxurious, and historic 2BD, 2BA flat features exposed brick and original heart pine floors. The massive open living room and dining area are light-filled & the perfect place to relax after a day of taking in all New Orleans has to offer. Located just one block from St. Charles Ave and Magazine St. Just minutes from the French Quarter on the streetcar and with a balcony available for your use.
The Space:
This historic building was built in 1878 and features a restaurant on the ground floor and two condos on the second floor. Unit #1 is a second-story unit. It features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and an en-suite master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms feature Comphy brand spa-quality sheets and room darkening shades. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were just renovated. The massive, open living and dining area is a perfect place to relax with friends or family. There is an in-unit washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, however, the balcony is shared with one other unit and is accessed off of the foyer of the building.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Lower Garden District just one block from St. Charles Ave. (and the streetcar!) and one block from Magazine St. this building could not be in a better location. The Lower Garden District is one of the most popular thoroughfares in New Orleansâfull of shops, restaurants, and bars. Anchored by a stretch of Magazine that runs through the neighborhood, the LGD has its own quirky, artistic vibe. You can spend a whole day ducking in and out of casual eateries, coffee shops, and boutiques. Plus, it's just minutes to the French Quarter on St. Charles Ave. streetcar!
Getting Around:
The street car is just a few minute walk from the condo.

Pets are welcome for a one-time $200 fee per pet.
