This beautiful, large and spacious 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom townhouse in Mammoth Lakes California is located within yards of Snowcreek Golf Course and is beautifully landscaped with spectacular views of the Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Mountain and Mammoth Rock. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably, includes three decks, wood floors throughout and is flooded with natural light. Enjoy the convenience of a private 1 car garage, washer/dryer, gas BBQ and gas fireplace. The living room which is on the second level features a 55" flat screen Smart HDTV with Apple TV, DVD player and a large comfortable sectional to cozy around the gas fireplace. The spacious kitchen with stone counters is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals. The open plan bar top allows for socializing with extra seating at the breakfast bar. The dining area offers seating for 6 and don't forget the private BBQ grill on the upper deck for grilling. The primary suite on the upper level features a King bed, en-suite full bathroom with separate vanity area and tub-shower combo. On the lower level, the second bedroom offers two Queen beds, an en-suite full bathroom with both walk-in shower and tub-shower combo, dual vanity sinks. Enjoy the conveniences of home with private laundry room with washer/dryer and a 1-car private garage (some larger vehicles type may not fit in the garage). Snowcreek offers luxurious green grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow or a cross country ski trek while taking in nature's majesty. Or take a visit to the athletic club located close by. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Wireless Internet is complimentary, approx 1395 sq. Ft. An additional vehicle can park in the driveway. This unit sleeps a maximum occupancy of 6 and does not allow pets. The house is amazing! Very cozy, comfortable & clean! Great kitchen for cooking and I loved being a little out of the busy town, and could walk the neighborhood while the kids were on the mountain! Hosts were super responsive. Fabulous getaway!

Stylish and spacious condo

This is one of the nicest condos we've stayed in at Mammoth - it was spacious and stylish. There is plenty of room and also a garage. All the normal essentials were provided. It's at the edge of town but the resort is a short drive away. We'd gladly return!

Very well stocked home!

It could have been a little cleaner (spiderwebs and spiders in the shower; rodent traps in the garage that had rodents caught in them; dust bunnies in the corners) but maybe it just sat vacant for a while before we got there. Overall the home and location were great! I would stay there again!

This time, two of the 1-year olds got CoV and were miserable and passed CoV to their parents. So our vacations were ruined by having to social distance and avoid family meals. Most of our families left early before the paid occupation needed to end.
