Spanning two levels, this impressive home features a total of 7 generously sized bedrooms. This double-storey home boasts 7 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a walk-in robe and and ensuite for added privacy and luxury. Remaining 4 bedrooms upstairs also equipped with built-in robes and each has its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there are 2 more bedrooms downstairs to accommodate additional guests or provide flexible living arrangements.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and offers ample storage space in the pantry.

Getting to Point Cook
‱ Point Cook is about 35 minutes south-west of the Melbourne CBD (Central Business District) and is located to the south of the Princes Freeway. The nearest railway station is Williams Landing railway station, and other stations close by are Aircraft or Laverton (on the way to Werribee).

Parks, Playgrounds, and Attractions
‱ Werribee Park Mansion. Wander through a grand mansion and glorious formal gardens with stories of another time.
‱ Bayview Park Point Cook is a pirate ship themed playground at in the south-east of the suburb near the corner of Yuruga Boulevard and Alamanda Boulevard.
‱ Feel the freedom of the wild on a safari bus tour at Werribee Open Range Zoo. Get up close and personal with giraffes, zebras and rhinos, as they roam the open savannah.
‱ Another good option for the kids in Point Cook is Hargrove Park. It is on the corner of Hargrave Avenue and Kingsford Drive. The park has bike paths circling the equipment, and plenty of open space to kick a ball.
‱ Burn off some energy with tenpin bowling at Wyncity Bowl & Entertainment or waterslide fun at AquaPulse.

‱ Please respect the noise curfew. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9.30 pm and 7.30 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive. 
‱ WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
‱ Pets are not allowed.
‱ Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. Also, DO NOT leave cigarette butts anywhere in the gardens, planters etc. If butts are found on the premises a $150 surcharge is applied if we find cigarette butts anywhere.
‱ Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly.
‱ Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
‱ Ensure pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside on SUNDAY night or by 5 A.M. on Monday.
‱ All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
‱ Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out.
‱ Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. Charges of key or lock replacement may be imposed if keys or remote were lost, damaged or not returned to the lock box.
‱ Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
‱ To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls. Should you require additional supplies, you can find local stores nearby where you can easily purchase them.
‱ Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.
* Guests who have no previous reviews, MUST send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking.
* We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.
* Unregistered guests are not permitted. The actual total number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking.
* Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. Any violations of this policy will result in a penalty fee of $400 being applied.
* Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!! Breaking any of the house rules may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent and security bond.
* Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9.30 pm and 7.30 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent and security bond.
* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
* Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly.
* We request that guests take responsibility for their trash by sorting it into the correct council bins. This will help keep our community clean and sustainable.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
* Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage and plenty of street parking for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.
* To ensure a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.

By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.

Amazing Stay !

The house is a delight, spacious, and luminous and the linen and towels were just beautiful too. We had so much space and the beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this home and we will be staying again when the next opportunity of getaway comes. Thank you for making our stay amazing :)
