Belvedere is a beautiful home designed to take advantage of the calming views of the ocean and the stunning harbourside lights in the evening. It's a tranquil sanctuary, it's unique and perfect for a family summer holiday.

The house is located in a quiet location with views over the harbour. It's an easy walk to Balmoral Beach, the local ovals to watch a cricket game or two, a bush walk to Taronga Zoo, and of course the wonderful Mosman village is also a stroll away.

The local restaurants and pubs are some of the finest in Sydney with so many options to choose from to wine and dine, or grab some fish and chips for a picnic on the beach.

The villa boasts a warm open-plan design and invites you to relax in the serene luxury. The living spaces are large and comfortable with plush couches and a large chef's kitchen complete with stainless steel benchtops, state of the art appliances, and a butler’s pantry. The dining room has plenty of natural light and stunning views out to the balcony.

The lap pool is a phenomenal exercise pool as well as perfect for floating around on a lilo day dreaming or planning your next meal....The lap pool and garden area have fabulous views and the wrap-around decks are complemented by a built-in barbeque, perfect for entertaining outdoors.

Choose from two bedrooms with king size beds and a further 2 king single bedrooms have pull out trundles.

Parking is so easy with a drive in garage and a driveway for your visitors. Whilst we don't encourage parties we do know you'll enjoy al fresco dining here and be proud to show off your holiday villa!
