Nestled in the heart of South Yarra, on Chapel St, one of the most iconic streets of Melbourne, this luxury apartment is the perfect base to explore Melbourne and live like a Melburnian. Set up on the 20th floor of a high end residence, this one bedroom apartment has been decorated with taste and furnished with new quality appliances throughout. Offering some of the best views of Melbourne 24/7, the residence also provides access to a pool, sauna, spa, steam room, gym and onsite parking.
As you open the apartment door, you will be facing the dining and lounge area.
On your right hand side, you will find a kitchen with modern appliances throughout.
The bathroom is accessible from the lounge area. At the end of the lounge on the right side, you will get access to the bedroom that built-in wardrobes for your convenience. A TV is also available in the room.
The balcony, accessible from the lounge will offer you one of the best views Melbourne has to offer.
There is also a complimentary Washing Machine and dryer available in the apartment.
Guests have access to the whole apartment plus the amenities in common areas such as gym, pool, sauna, steam room and spa.
The apartment is ideally situated on Chapel St, one of Melbourne most iconic street. You will find ample choice of restaurants, cafes, shopping, and grocery. below is a description of the suburb:
South Yarra is one of Melbourne's oldest and most affluent inner-city suburbs, bordered by the Yarra River and Richmond to the north, Prahran to the south and Toorak to the east.
Shopping, fashion, dining and entertainment are the main features of South Yarra's extensive commercial precinct. Busy Chapel Street is lined with exclusive retail outlets, cafes, clubs, the popular Jam Factory entertainment complex, the Como Centre and Vogue Shopping Plaza. Commercial Road, which divides South Yarra from Prahran, is home to more retail shops, the Pran Central Shopping Centre and the iconic Prahran Market with its large selection of gourmet foods and fresh produce. Toorak Road is home to restaurants and many stylish fashion retailers featuring the best of local and imported goods.
Many of South Yarra's residential areas consist of attractive tree-lined streets. There are several historic mansions, including Como House which is open to the public, clusters of terrace houses and apartment buildings.
South Yarra has a large selection of open space and parkland for visitors and residents. The largest areas of parkland are along the Yarra River and also Fawkner Park along South Yarra's western boundary. Smaller parks, many with playgrounds, can be found dotted throughout the suburb.
The apartment has a car park so you can use your car.
That being said, Chapel street is a busy street and you will have a large choice of buses, trams, and South Yarra train station is 5 minute walk away. You are one station away from Richmond (sports precincts: Rod Laver Arena and Australian Open, MCG, AAMI Park) and two stations away from Flinders Street station which is the CBD main station.
There are lot of parks around the apartment, including the most famous of them all (Melbourne Botanical Garden) if you feel like walking around. We are also few minutes walk from the Yarra River walks.

- Empty the bins (bin chute near the lift)
