Proceed up to the third level where you have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms

-The primary suite has a queen bed, a walk in closet and smart TV. It also has an ensuite bathroom with large double vanity. In the closet you`ll find a pack and play for your use!
-The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, closet and smart TV.
-The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed, a closet and dresser.

The 2nd full bathroom is at the top of the stairs.

Mount Washington, located on the south side of Pittsburgh, is known for it’s breathtaking views of the Pittsburgh skyline and it’s inclines. The Duquesne and Monongahela (the oldest continuous inclines operating in the world), Mount Washington is one of the most popular gathering places for Pittsburghers and visitors alike.

-10 minute walk to the Grandview Overlook, the best spot to see all of Pittsburgh!
-11 minute walk to the Monongahela Incline at Upper Station, a must do experience!
-12 minute walk to Shiloh Street shops, restaurants and bars!
-10 minute drive to the Acrisure Stadium to see the Steelers (or tons of concerts or shows!

We provide garage and driveway parking, you can easily fit two cars. Street parking is also available if needed.
Private Driveway Parking: Guests enjoy the convenience of a dedicated 35‑foot private driveway, perfect for easy arrivals and departures. Vehicles can be parked overnight without the need for permits, offering peace of mind and hassle‑free access throughout your stay.
The garage is standard, any oversized vehicles can fit in the driveway.

After booking, guests must authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver.
House Rules:
Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details. This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.
No Firearms: For the safety and security of all guests and the property, the possession of firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
No parties or events—let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior—safety and respect for everyone are key.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am—we strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
Toilet paper only in the toilet—keeps the plumbing happy!
