Unfortunately, we can't control the angle of the sun, but that changes throughout the year. Typically, a pool temperature of 82 degrees is quite comfortable for most guests; however, this month has been cooler than usual, which can make it more difficult for the heater to maintain a warmer temperature. We’re glad to hear the kids still enjoyed the pool and understand how important those details can be for adults looking to relax poolside. Thank you again for your review. We appreciate the opportunity to host you and your family Jackie. We strive to always address our guests concerns as they arise, and were more than happy to assist you during your stay. The living room does come furnished with a full size couch and a chair. There is also an additional love seat in the sitting room just outside the living room. These three options provide seating for up to six people. The cleaning fees associated with this home allot for one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper and is not based on how many nights you are staying. Any additional toiletries needed are the responsibility of the guests. This information can be found in your check in procedures. We are sorry to hear that the loud music played by neighbors impacted your stay. While we can't control the actions of those in the neighborhood, guests are always welcome to make a noise complaint with the city if the music continues past 11pm. We do recommend the iTrip app for our guests which acts as a digital booklet, similar to what you were looking for. Information on how to download and access the app can be found on the fridge typically. Thank you for staying with us.
