So spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, kayaks you can drop into the canal in the back yard, an amazing pool area, what more could you want! Our family had an amazing vacation!

Wonderful

This property has it all. Beautiful waterfront and pool. The back yard was full of beautiful greenery I loved sitting on the dock in the morning watching all of the different wildlife. They had floats and other diving toys for the kids along with beach towels cooler beach chairs. The gas grill and kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice dinner.

We had a great stay! Comfortable beds great pool and all the things you could need. My only suggestion is to leave some more towels we had to wash/dry towels daily.

On the canal!

Great location! Has a beautiful pool and right on the canal. We saw some interesting birds and other wildlife that I don’t think we would’ve seen had we not been on the canal. No problems at all hope to come back next February.

Relaxing Home

We had a very nice stay at this home in Cape Coral. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool and back patio were a highlight, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim with a lovely view of the canal. The communication with the host was great—very responsive. The location was great, offering easy access to local attractions. Overall, it was a perfect place for a getaway. I would definitely recommend it.

overall, nice accommodations. clean. easy.

My bed was VERY comfortable, Kitchen was nice, but needed a few things (listed below). Location was lovely, views very nice. Needs:cheese Shredder-larger than microGarlic pressanother cutting board At least a Sharp chopping knife, Chef type. knives were VERY dull and dangerous. we went out and bought one.Cabbage shredder,and,the light under the microwave needs bulbs. You have to cook on the stove in your own light from the ceiling.

Perfect pool, perfect to stay longer...

Great house, nice rooms, very well-equipped kitchen. The best thing is the pool, which is really big and deep enough to jump in. Very good contact with the landlord. Perfect for a longer stay. You can hear the street outside a bit, but it's not too disturbing.

Wonderful stay!

We had a nice time staying at this location. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us. We had a problem with the air conditioner when we got there and called. They sent someone out immediately and got the problem fixed!

Such a cozy and wonderful place!! The owners were quick to respond if I had a question, the house was clean, no surprises! The kids loved the pool. Grill worked great and the kitchen had everything we needed. They had extra clean towels for us. First VRBO experience was wonderful!

Pelican Heaven

Upon arrival we found the property to be spotless which automatically put us in a relaxed state. The house appointed with comfortable and attractive furnishings inside and out. The kitchen was supplied with a nice array of pot, pans, dishes snd utensils. While at the property we spent many hours in the lanai around the pool and sitting on the dock. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. The neighbors were very polite and helpful. The pool was constantly maintained and like the home- spotless. The location of the property allows easy access to Cape Coral, Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Punta Gorda, Sanibel and Pine Island all within an hour. We enjoyed many of the nature preserves, fantastic restaurants and nearby beaches. Communication with the owner was prompt and any questions we had were answered quickly. When we return to Cape Coral we would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a fantastic winter getaway!

Spacious on a canal

Our home base for touring the area was large, attractively decorated, clean, and brightly lighted. The pool enclosure was very large and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the location on one of Cape Coral’s canals and just one house from a boulevard. The minus that causes it to lose a star is an unheated pool and, in our case, difficulty heating the house. Although the owner communicated well, he was only able to give us heat for a few hours.

Went down to check out sanibel/captiva for shelling, was not impressed with them. House was as advertised, everything was nice, clean. The only things we found was...couldnt get local abc, cbs or nbc on the tv and pool heater wasnt working

Beautiful, clean, quiet, & well-appointed place!

We enjoyed our stay here! The good: The beds were comfortable, the sheets soft, the kitchen very well stocked with utensils, dishes, pans and spices. It was larger than we needed (4 of us) and had a great layout. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved the fooseball table and used the grill (no trouble). We used the beach chairs which was a great addition. The location was convenient to visit Fort Myers beach, play pickleball nearby and get some hiking in at Four mile Eco preserve. What needs improvement? The host did not answer some questions I had asked and the pool was not able to be used. Though it’s listed as a pool house, the water is not heated, so we obviously couldn’t swim in January. The host told me the pool is not listed as an amenity, only it is listed and is prominently displayed in the photos. Also, the neighbors dog barks quite a bit and kept one of us up at night. Not sure what can be done about that, but it’s good to know what you might encounter. All in all, a beautiful place and we are thankful for the chance to getaway! Four stars.
