*Book this modern and newly renovated second floor unit located on the golf course and canal! While the interior is beautiful, the exterior is where the you would probably spend most time. On the property we have total of 5 pools spread out through 43 acres. Activity center where we have tennis courts, shuffle board, pickle-ball, etc. We also have a 9 hole par 3 golf course. Private beach access is right across the street with available tiki-bar (seasonal). Regarding housekeeping needs, we have a housekeeping window open everyday for necessities. Maintenance and Front Desk staff is on site everyday as well, all with a pleasure to serve you!

Family Vacation

Our family of four stayed here and it was absolutely perfect! The balcony view was beautiful, just a short walk to the beach and we always love staying in the Sandpiper Cove area! Will definitely stay here again!

Great, safe location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time in two months that we have stayed in this until. We love the gated community, the proximity to everything in Destin and the beach. The condo itself is updated and cute. It has about everything you need, including shorter chairs for the beach. Great view of the canal. Staying here was so convenient and more affordable than a beach. Residents of the property are very kind and welcoming.

The rental had chairs (major savings) and pool noodles which made beach time fun. The location was central to everything in Destin. The staff at Sandpiper Cove was very kind. We also appreciated the security at the front gate. It just made you feel safe.

Super easy check-in and check-out process. Location was perfect and literally a street away from the beach. The place itself was clean, updated, and spacious. Outside showers made for an easy clean-up & beach supplies stored in the hallway closet were super helpful.

Close to the beach, central to everything!

We really enjoyed our condo. It was clean, centrally located, and had a fabulous restaurant (Louisiana Lagniappe) right on the premises. Our balcony overlooked a waterway, where people fished and it attracted a Heron (which we called Seymour) daily. It was fascinating to see this bird patiently wait for the fish that were too small for the fisherman. It rained a lot this week, but the condo was a comfortable hang.

Love the view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is one of the best in SPC and we've been coming since 1996 and have stayed in several! Loved drinking my morning coffee on the balcony where I enjoyed the view and it's peaceful! The only thing missing was a blender and we purchased one and left it there for others to enjoy! The closet had chairs,2 boogie boards.and a foam cooler to use! We loved the bed, it was so comfortable! We will be booking this condo again!
