The Space:

Soft winter light settles over Alta Lake, and the quiet of Whistler’s alpine landscape follows you inside as the fire begins to glow. Evenings unfold at an unhurried pace, the calm of the mountains filling each room while snow gathers outside. Mornings bring crisp air on the deck and views of the lake before you head toward the slopes.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a stone fireplace, a walk-in closet, and access to a private deck overlooking Alta Lake. Its ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub, a glass-enclosed rain shower, and a double vanity. The second bedroom features a king-split bed with its own deck access, while the third bedroom includes two sets of twin bunk beds with plenty of natural light. A second full bathroom and a main-level powder room keep routines easy for groups.



Living spaces

A vaulted living area sits at the heart of the home, centered around an indoor fireplace and framed by expansive windows looking toward snow-covered trees and the frozen lake. After skiing or winter walks, you can settle into long conversations, read by the fire, or enjoy quiet time as the light shifts across the landscape. Retractable glass doors connect the interior to the deck, keeping the sense of openness even in winter.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is built around a 10-foot island and includes a full kitchen setup for preparing meals at home. Whether you linger over breakfast before heading out or gather for dinner after a full day on the mountain, the dining table seats eight and brings everyone together.



Outdoor living

The private deck overlooks Alta Lake and includes an outdoor fireplace that creates a sheltered spot to enjoy the winter air. Outdoor furniture provides space to take in the surroundings with warm drinks while snow settles across the water.



Additional features

The home includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, a safe, heating, and a private entrance. A double garage offers free parking with ski storage, bike racks, and a boot dryer for gear. Portable fans are available for added comfort, and standard home safety features are provided, including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. TV and entertainment essentials are available inside, along with recommendations for babysitters if needed.

Located in Lakecrest Estates within Whistler’s Alta Vista neighborhood, the townhouse offers a peaceful lakeside setting just minutes from Whistler Blackcomb, the Village, and Creekside access. It serves as an inviting winter base where you can return each day to the quiet of the lake and the warmth of the fire.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio and balcony. Parking is available in a private double garage, suitable for two small to mid-sized vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Lakecrest Estates is a private, upscale enclave located in the Alta Vista neighbourhood, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Nestled along the shores of Alta Lake, this quiet community offers direct access to Lakeside Park, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or relaxing on the beach in summer. Guests can enjoy scenic walks or bike rides along the Valley Trail, which connects Lakecrest to Whistler Village, Creekside, and nearby parks. In winter, you're close to both Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts, with easy access by car.

• Strictly no parties or events. We have a strict no-party policy to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
