The Space:

Soft winter light settles over Alta Lake as you start your morning, with crisp air drifting in from the shoreline and snow-covered peaks rising beyond the water. Evenings invite you to unwind beside the outdoor fireplace, watching the sky fade into icy blues and quiet starlight. Throughout the day, the calm rhythm of lakeside living pairs seamlessly with easy access to Whistler’s slopes and nearby village.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level offers three bedrooms designed for comfort and a good night’s rest after time on the mountain. The primary bedroom features a king bed, stone fireplace, walk-in closet, and private deck with views over the lake. Its ensuite bathroom includes a deep soaking tub framed by mountain vistas, a glass-enclosed rain shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom includes a king-split bed configuration, allowing for either a king or two singles, along with its own walk-out deck. The third bedroom features two sets of twin bunks and a large window that brings in natural light. A second bathroom with a soaking tub and shower combo serves the floor, and a powder room on the main level adds convenience.



Living spaces

The open-concept lounge is centered around vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that draw the winter landscape into the space. Retractable glass doors lead to the spacious deck, where a gas fireplace provides a cozy setting for cold-weather evenings. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with an oversized 10-foot island, a 5-burner gas cooktop, and appliances suited for preparing meals at home. The dining area seats eight and flows naturally from the kitchen, with additional space at the breakfast bar for three.

Situated just above Lakeside Park, the townhouse offers direct access to the Valley Trail, making winter walks along the lake straightforward and scenic. Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio and balcony. Parking is available in a private double garage, suitable for two small to mid-sized vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nestled along the shores of Alta Lake, this quiet community offers direct access to Lakeside Park, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or relaxing on the beach in summer. Guests can enjoy scenic walks or bike rides along the Valley Trail, which connects Lakecrest to Whistler Village, Creekside, and nearby parks. In winter, you're close to both Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts, with easy access by car.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
