Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, for 7 guests, short walk from kms of beach. Private beach getaway for creating lifelong memories
Pet Friendly, with indoor & outdoor dining, 2 lounge rooms, modern well equipped kitchen & extensive bi-fold doors to bring the outdoors in. Only 10 minutes to either Mooloolaba or Caloundra

PROPERTY DETAILS
The beautiful house has driveway parking for two vehicles. Additional parking is available on the street directly in front of the house.
The keys for entry into the house for the duration of your visit, are in a key safe, allowing you quick and easy access. The code for the lock box will be sent to you prior to your visit.
The house has 4 bedrooms:
Master Bedroom - 1 x King Size Bed & Ensuite
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 - 1 x Single Beds
(Accommodation for 7 guests)
The house is open, airy, clean, modern, fully air-conditioned tastefully decorated and newly furnished throughout.
We are a pet friendly property. As such we ask that your pet is not allowed on any furniture, carpeted areas or beds and that you are responsible for cleaning up after your dog.
A very large outdoor verandah with both dining and lounge areas overlooks the garden. The house also has a large grassed front yard. The entire yard is fenced with a large secure fence, that will contain your pet, small children, or spouse.
The kitchen has all accessories, including fridge, oven, cook top, microwave, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
Parking is in front of the garage. The garage is not accessible to guests.
We have a gas BBQ that is on the back verandah, that you can use throughout your stay.Guests have full, sole and complete access to the house, verandah and yard.

We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean. if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/cigarette smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) these will all be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.
We are a pet property and expect that owners clean up after their pets. You will be levied additional cleaning fees if there is additional cleaning, or damage from your beloved pet.
