Welcome to the Lindsay Lakehouse! Modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on Shuswap Lake in Blind Bay, BC. This semi-lakefront home comes with access to your own private beach and your own private dock! Enjoy the sunny Shuswap days lounging on the dock and enjoying the available kayaks (2), paddle boards (2) and numerous floaties available for guests to use! Complete with 2 BBQ’s, fully equipped kitchen, and a front and back deck to take in the unobstructed views with a beverage in hand, this is the perfect place for one or multiple families to enjoy a holiday together.

The Master Suite with a king bed is located on the top floor with gorgeous views of Shuswap lake and Copper Island through the double patio door leading to your own private terrace. Brew yourself a fresh cup of coffee at the coffee bar to ease into your day while taking in the view. The master suite also features a bright bathroom with shower and double vanity. Also on the top floor is a spacious guest room with a queen size and twin bed. This is a great space for kids or a couple with children.

On the main floor you will find a gorgeous, fully appointed kitchen, featuring modern appliances and a large island with every amenity you need. There is also a living room and dining area, all with views of the lake. Right off this area there is a great deck with comfortable patio furniture, large picnic table, and a Weber BQQ. Enjoy your meals together with breathtaking views of the lake.

There is also an additional guest room with queen bed and TV on the main floor, right across the hall from a full bathroom with shower, bath, and double vanity.

The basement offers a comfortable living room great for playing games (Xbox provided) or watching a movie on the smart TV. There is a spacious laundry room with a work station if you just can’t fully escape.

Down the hall you will find a bathroom with shower and double vanity. Also, another guest room with a queen bed and bunk bed with a single top bunk and double bottom bunk. This space would be great for a family or for all the kids to hang out and have their own space to watch movies on the 32" smart TV and play board games at night.

Who doesn’t love cozying up to a fire at night?! You’ll love the back deck and it’s propane fire pit with comfortable seating.

There is plenty of parking and a large grass area out front that can be utilized for some family fun while taking in the sunset.

Grocery, liquor and restaurants all within minutes. Including on water dining at Finz Resort or Bayside Marina. Blind Bay Golf Course is 5 minutes away with additional courses within a 15 min drive.
