Property looks small from the road but it is beautiful, large and open plan inside ! Pool area was a great setting to relax whilst looking onto the water ! We couldnât fault the place, it was perfect !
House location was perfect! It was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. There were extra pillows, sheets, blankets and beach towels. Loved using the margarita blender. Only thing the kitchen was missing was a larger frying pan. The master bathroom shower is in need of an update and definitely small for my tall husband. Pool was fun for the kids but is in need of updating. We thought the spillover spa would be more like a hot tub but it was not. Also missed having lights for the pool in the evenings. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Overall the house is clean and well updated on a nice dead-end street being a short bike ride (bikes not included) to the main public beach, Tigertail beach, the grocery stores and the Esplanade Shoppes. The backpack beach chairs and sand toys were an added bonus. Our main complaint was the hot tub is definitely not a hot tub at all. Even on the '3-hr heating cycle ' and after 'an adjustment to the temp' by the maintenance team, the temperature never exceeded 88 degrees by my watch measurement nor was it ever more than a few degrees warmer than the pool.
The neighborhood was super quiet. All of Marco Island was quiet. Its beautiful there. The house was nice, but the dishwasher was moldy and didnt work, the microwave was broken but they gave us one to use, and the dryer was broken. They did send someone out right away to fix it. It was a nice house but the repairs and overall craftmanship were not the best. I would def stay in Marco Island again just prob not that house.
