Window seats frame the ground floor area and there are sunny spots throughout the house for everyone to curl up with a book and relax. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the main level of the house. The master bedroom/ensuite shower room opening to a large deck (with amazing views over the headlands) and a second bedroom with three single beds are on the upper level. Between the upstairs bedrooms is a sunny living area which also opens on to the deck.

The adjacent studio, linked by a bridge walkway, houses another queen bed, one single bed and bathroom. There is also a second TV area with comfy beanbags.

Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
