This 1,649 sq ft two-story townhome is located within the Compass Bay Community Resort in Kissimmee, just south of Orlando. With Disney World only 7 miles away and Universal Studios 13 miles away, youâre ideally located for easy access to all of Orlandoâs world-famous attractions.
Guests can enjoy the resort's heated outdoor pool, complete with sun loungers, gazebos, and picnic areas with BBQ grills. The community also features childrenâs playgrounds, lakes, and ponds, offering a peaceful atmosphere for outdoor fun and family celebrations.

This is a pet-friendly property, but pets are only allowed with prior authorization and are subject to a $290 USD fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed for a total of $580 USD. Dogs must be on a leash when on the community premises. Please be responsible. The house has to be well cared for to avoid damages to the furniture and amenities.
There is no daily housekeeping. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, ONE trash bag in each trash can, and ONE roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished during your stay. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
