Perfect Getaway

A perfect peaceful place for me and my kids & grandkids to spend our first Thanksgiving without my husband/their dad & poppa. It was just what we needed.

OSPA Board Retreat Round 2

This is the second year in a row the Oklahoma School Psychological Association held it's annual board retreat at Count it All Joy. The decor in this home is beautiful and each bedroom feels unique. There is ample room for larger groups to spend time together. The property is just a short walk to the pool, and the enclosed patio has a wide open view. There are ample bathrooms. The property is always clean, and they provide a wealth of utensils for cooking. If you're wanting the feeling of a lakeside town without needing to travel several states away, this is a great spot!

Good spot for a vacation

It was awesome! Th House was very nice and right in front one of the pools. Went to eat at the meeting house and if you like Philly steak sandwiches you definitely won’t be disappointed. Had a blast at the beach,we rented kayaks and paddle boards. The roads are small and there is a lot of golf carts running around. Wish th owner would put theirs up and gave the option for us to rent for the weekend. Would’ve definitely been worth it, but not a deal breaker for sure. My family and I will definitely be looking forward to more trips at Carrollton Landing

Count It All Joy - A Fantastic Experience!

Our professional organization's executive board stayed here for our annual board retreat. It is beautifully decorated and the style is perfect for a vacation home away from home. each room has a different motif, and all are so pleasing to the eye. There are three patios, one of which is fully screened so even when insects are out you don't have to worry. There is ample space for entertaining your group. Additionally, Carlton Landing has numerous amenities to rest and relax, including pools, Bocce & Pickleball, a nature trail and even a food court. The neighborhood is also a 15 minute drive away from several restaurants. It was like visiting a quaint seaside town. The area is great for cycling. Parking near our rental was limited, but there is a parking lot available to all visitors as needed. This 3-story home includes stairs to access the entrances and three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one is on-suite!), as well as a tighter spiral staircase to access an additional floor of bedrooms & a full bathroom. There are two air conditioning units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Unfortunately for us, during our stay the downstairs unit stopped working so it was warmer than anticipated. Otherwise, there were no issues The kitchen is galley-style but still spacious and has all the basic utensils necessary for cooking, as well as a coffee pot, french press, tea kettle, microwave, and toaster! The owners also provide plenty of beach towels and water toys. If you need fresh clothes, there is a laundry room adjacent to the downstairs half bath. Exploring the house was lots of fun, there is a little reading nook downstairs we were excited to find and we loved discovering all the new rooms with their own flair. The second floor bathtub wall is a little higher than I'm used to, but I adjusted quickly. The third floor bathroom features a free-standing tub, which we thought was really neat! Overall, if you need a comfortable vacation home for a larger group of people, we definitely recommend this location. There's just so much to do and lots to explore in the area, you won't be disappointed.
