This beautifully designed home, created in collaboration with architect Rezidence, offers an ideal setting for milestone celebrations, family holidays, or wedding guests.

Just 5 minutes from Denmark, it provides the perfect blend of convenience and serenity.

For larger groups of 8 or more, a separate studio with 1 bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom and kitchenette can accommodate 2 more guests.
The Studio is an optional extra for groups of 6 or more for an extra $160 per night.

Named in honor of the traditional owners, Kwoorabup Views features stunning artwork by local Aboriginal artist Yondee Shane Hansen, depicting the landscape and heritage of the area. The home’s sustainable design incorporates recycled materials, making it a luxury eco-friendly retreat.

- Sustainable materials: Recycled steel beams, brick pavers, steel struts for tables, repurposed steel staircase and salvaged wood used throughout the home. All local Denmark tradespeople were employed to create this home.

* ROOM ACCESS: Rooms and beds are allocated based on the number of guests booked. Please let us know your bed preferences in advance. A $60 call-out fee applies if extra rooms need to be unlocked after check-in.

HOUSE RULES: This is a quiet residential area. Quiet times apply from 9pm to 8am. Parties are strictly prohibited, guests who disturb neighbours or break house rules will be evicted.

* No events or school leaver groups allowed.
* Children’s Playground Area: Adult supervision is required at all times. The playground is used at own risk by guests, Southern Coast Escapes cannot be held responsible for any injury that is caused.

PLEASE NOTE: This property has a separate Studio under the deck which includes its own open-plan 5th bedroom with a Queen bed, lounge, TV, kitchenette, bathroom/ laundry and outdoor space.
