Victorian Apartment in the heart of Elora

The Victorian Apartment is a private, two level apartment that is walking distance to everything in the downtown core of Elora.
The main floor has a large kitchen with all the things you need to prep your meals. The bedroom is on the second floor with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a claw foot tub. A rooftop patio with table and chairs is a great spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Situated across from Bissell park, you can stroll along the boardwalk for a view of the Grand River. The Elora Centre for the Arts is across the road hosting art exhibits and workshops all year.

You will park your car for the weekend and just wander around the town.

Conveniently located, elegantly appointed and spotless. The hostess is also very attentive. Very walkable to all the town attractions and a convenient EV charger in the municipal lot across the road.

Sophie was very welcoming and helpful. The appartment is tastefully decorated, and located in a very convenient, central yet quiete street in Elora. She responded quickly and efficiently to all our questions. She even recommended a few places for us to visit. We fell in love with Elora, and our pup loved the experience too!

Our first time to Elora, and we could not have found a better place to stay! Sophie was a fantastic host and explained the whole layout of the town to us. Everything was in walking distance. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and hiking trails to enjoy. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Used this as my home base for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. The apartment was spotless, quiet, and in great condition. Communication was smooth, the area felt safe and walkable, and parking was easy. The only minor downside was some creaky floors on the upper level, which is to be expected in an older home.

Charming and cozy

Lovely stay in The Victorian apartment in Elora. Kitchen was fully equipped and bedroom extremely cozy and comfortable, with a roll top bath. Exactly like the photos with kind, communicative host. Will stay again.

Best stay ever!

The Victorian is the best appointed property I have ever stayed in. Sophie has thought of everything. The home is beautifully decorated, the bed is extremely comfortable, it’s ideally located and the gardens are gorgeous. Sophie is a very warm and welcoming host. I will definitely book with her again!

Quiet zen little place to get away

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The kitchen was large and was stocked with all our needs. The bedroom upstairs was like an oasis and the bed so comfortable we slept like babies. The private balcony was a lovely place to just sit and relax. Sophie was responsive and took the additional steps of advising us of events in the area. We would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property and perfect location

Everything about the property was perfect. Right across the road from the park that hosted Riverfest but also very short walking distance from everything Elora has to offer. The Victorian apartment was very cute and cozy. Such a wonderful place to rest and relax with all the comforts of home. Communication with the host Sylvie was wonderful. She was friendly, available if needed and not at all intrusive. I can't think of a better place to stay when visiting Elora and will definitely be back.

Family Event

My husband and I are in our 70’s so the apartment presented some challenges but it was a wonderful place to stay. So clean, close to restaurants and sights. The bathroom up stairs has a clawfoot bathtub which was hard to get into (really need a step stool ). I would recommend the apartment to younger adults or older adults without mobility issues.

Lovely to have you visit Elora and stay at the Victorian. The steep stairs have a sturdy handrail but it can be tricky with mobility issues. The other rental unit on property, the Studio Apartment, may be better suited for guests with mobility issues. Thank you for the lovely review.

A cozy Victorian Apartment

I found this lovely centrally located, spot to stay in Elora. It was a last minute find, but it did not disappoint. It’s a small, comfortable, very clean, Victorian apartment. My husband and I loved the fact that we could just walk to the main attractions Elora has to offer. We specifically came to cycle, and the Cataract trail is right there. Sophie is a perfect hostess. Prompt to reply to any questions we had during our stay.

Wonderful

The property was exactly as listed. The check in process was seamless. Very clean and quaint. It had all the necessary kitchen supplies and loved the decor of the apt and the dishware- modern kitchen with lots of charm . Loved the balcony and the bed was comfortable. Sophie was so helpful with places to eat and see. Very responsive. She showed us her studio apt as well as we will definitely back. be aware the stairs to the bedroom are steep so not for everyone. Was worried about the tub only but it was so large and deep it was actually very nice to bathe in.
