The Space:

Step inside to a spacious open-plan living and dining area, perfect for gathering and creating lasting memories. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. The main-floor primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and is conveniently located near a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, ideal for families with young children. Upstairs, the loft suite offers two queen beds and a private en-suite bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms are equipped with 40+ inch smart TVs with premium cable and streaming services. The living room also boasts a 55-inch Roku smart TV. Stay connected with excellent Wi-Fi, offering speeds of 125+ Mbps, ensuring seamless connectivity for multiple devices.



Guest Access:

Entry is via a keypad lock, and the code will be provided 48 hours before check-in.

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes!



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! We're just a quick 15-minute drive from Myrtle Beach International Airport. For convenient transportation, Uber and Lyft are readily available, with rides typically costing around $20-$25 to reach the property. If you're looking for a fun way to explore Surfside Beach and the surrounding area, consider renting a gas-powered golf cart. It's a great option for getting around during the day, especially to access local amenities. Please note that electric golf carts are not recommended due to the lack of charging stations.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
