Lake of Tranquility Rotorua

Lake of Tranquility is a cosy lakeside holiday home set in the welcoming village of Ngongotahā, just 15 minutes from Rotorua city. Paddle the lake, stroll the scenic walkway into the village, or fish for trout in the nearby Waiteti Stream — a true angler’s dream.

The main house features three double bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

A separate sleepout, accessed from the backyard, includes a fourth double bedroom and a second bathroom, offering extra privacy for couples or older children.

Outdoors, the fully fenced, flat backyard provides a safe space for kids to play, while the house overlooks beautiful Lake Rotorua.

Please note: There is no internal access to the downstairs studio or sleepout; these areas are accessed via an external staircase.

For heating, there's a heat pump in the living room and portable heaters for the bedrooms. We have a smart TV and WIFI. All linens are provided.
