The Condo is centrally located to all attractions about 8 min away from The Gulf Coast of Mexico at Clearwater Beach, 25 min from Tampa airport and sporting events & all popular restaurants. Perfect for individual guests, families, and small groups of friends that want an affordable stay in Florida close the one of the Best Beaches in Florida. Provided as well are: 5 Tennis Rackets and balls; 2 Surf Boards, Picket ball set, Extra towels, and lots of hangers in the closets. Extra pillows and blankets. Toiletries included.

4 beach chairs, beach towels and beach shade cover, Coller bags. Beach toys. Board games; Room-darkening shades, an iron, hair dryer, lots of cooking gadgets, a 55" HDTV with streaming services, Netflix, local channels and SPORTS package.

**Unit is located on 4th Floor with 2 elevators available to use on North and South Side.** Facing pond, nice trees, stunning sunrise and sunset. Parking is unassigned.

THE SPACE

**Primary Bedroom:**
✔ A spacious room featuring a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, dresser and a reading armchai, TVr. Walk in close with space for suitcase, laundry, clothes and luggage. Walk in closet with shelves, extra towels. **Playpen for babies on site.

**Second Bedroom:**
✔ Comfortably furnished with a bunk bed, closet space, and access to a second full bathroom. Extra pillows, blankets, and bed linens ensure a restful night's sleep. Designated workstation available. - desk and high speed internet. PS the matress is super comfortable.

**Living Room:**
✔ A stylishly designed space with a couch, arm chair, guest book, black-out drapes and dimming lights for ambiance; Equipped with a 55" HDTV, TV cable with local channels, specialty channels, SPORTS PACKAGE, Netflix. Speaker for playing music, a welcome binder with lots of information and local guides.

**Kitchen and Dining Area:**
✔ A fully-equipped kitchen with a new refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, regular coffee maker & KURIG, air fryer, slow cooker, baking sheets. lots of dishes, spice rack, basic necessities/ extra garbage bags! no need to chase Walmart for start up products.

**Bathrooms:**
✔ Two luxurious bathrooms featuring a bathtub, hair dryer, cleaning products, shampoo, body soap, hot water, and shower gel. Stocked with towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper for your convenience (starter pack)

**Outdoor Space:**
✔ Beach essentials like towels, 4 chairs, umbrella and beach tent, beach toys. Our pool is cleaned every other day.. Beach within 8-10 min drive. Close proximity to Pier 60 and main beach. Lots of local restaurants around.

**Additional Amenities:**
✔ In-unit washer and dryer, books for reading, board games, and yoga mat.

**Safety and Security:**
✔ Equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms for your peace of mind.
Hotel-style indoor lock on the inside of the door. Our floor is fairly quiet. Outside only ring door camera for your protection. No cameras inside the unit. Smart lock with your individual code for entry.

**Parking and Facilities:**
✔ Free unassigned parking and accessible parking on the property.

**SERVICES**
✔ Long-term stays allowed/preferred and self-check-in with a smart lock for a hassle-free experience. Optional housekeeping services are available at an extra cost. Handyman services available if needed. Amazon deliveries are available during the stay.

CLEANING:
✔ The Condo is always meticulously cleaned between each guest. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. We also use a machine to disinfect the unit in between each guest. Starter cleaning supplies provided on site..

LAUNDRY:
✔ There is laundry on-site in the unit. The Washing machine & Dryer are newer. Starter laundry soap is provided.

**Note there is NO balcony or patio - but a great view outside. This is a Condo. BBQ Area is available by the Pool. This reduces Mold and moisture in the unit.

GYM:
✔ Closest Gym is just a short 5 min drive away at the Cheek-Powell Fitness Centre - with state of art equipment and showers; membership is $10/ day; or $30 per week; or $75 per month. see photos included

AIR TRAVEL:
✔ You can fly into the St. Pete-Clearwater Airport or the Tampa International Airport located only 30 min drive to our unit. Very easy scenic drive by the water.

ENTERTAINMENT AND RESTAURANTS:
✔ The city is full of wonderful places to explore. Please use Google Maps to look up anything you need and check out the reviews.. that will help you make a decision on where to go. Once you check in please review our GUEST GUIDE located in the living room.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING:
✔ Please note that this is a NON-smoking/ Non-Vaping Unit (and no other substances are allowed pls). We kindly request that you do not book it if you have any smoking or vaping guests. Thank you

PETS:
✔ Small pets are acceptable. Please provide details upon booking. Pet cleaning Fee applies.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
✔ We suggest pls purchase additional travel insurance to cover your stay and transportation/ medical costs, cancellations.

ALLERGIES: please note that the unit is NOT Nut, or Dairy, or Wheat or Egg, or Seafood, Shell FREE. The owners are not responsible for any allergic reaction during the stay and cannot guarantee an Allergy free space.
