Ce magnifique deuxième étage (en haut) entièrement meublé, très propre condo 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain avec sa propre entrée privée est joliment décoré et parfait pour des vacances loin. Cette propriété est très bien équipée pour une famille de 4 personnes, avec un lit King dans la chambre et un canapé-lit Queen très confortable dans le salon. Dans le condo, vous trouverez: lave-vaisselle, une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur, micro-ondes, planche et fer à repasser et 2 TV à écran plat (chambre et salon). Les installations comprennent: centre de remise en forme ouvert 24h / 24, club-house, un centre d'affaires avec accès Internet WIFI, parking et piscine chauffée à quelques pas de votre condo! Les appels illimités vers le Canada et les États-Unis et Internet haute vitesse sont inclus dans la location. This was my first time renting a condo, I was pleasantly surprised.The unit was spotless. All of the furnishings were very comfortable. plenty of towels, linens and the like. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to stay in and cook if desired. Especially liked in unit washer/dryer saved loads of time. Excellent value for money.I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and good condo

Very pleased with the location and cleanliness of this property. We had a few slight issues upon check in, however the host answered promptly and quickly addressed the issues .The condo was about a 10 minute, easy drive to Dunedin, should you think about staying there to watch the Blue Jays, as we did! All and all great place !!

Delightful getaway.

This condo was well decorated and furnished, and truly had been recently renovated. It was just what we wanted in a place to escape winter up north. The wi-fi worked well, and was fast enough to support streaming. I enjoyed spending time reading on the lanai, and just generally relaxing. The pool was kept clean and nicely warm, so my wife could swim laps each morning while I spent time in the fitness center. There are several parks nearby that worked well for walking, and the beach is just a short drive. There are also many restaurants nearby, with Gabe’s just a short walk away. All in all, this condo was perfect for our winter escape.

Great winter getaway!

Very clean and spacious. The host provided many amenities to make our stay comfortable. The king size bed is a great for us, especially if you like medium firm mattress. The pool gets crowded so go early or late. Also be prepared to carry your luggage/bags one flight upstairs; good exercise. Grocery stores shopping and dining is within walking distance.

great stay, beautiful condo

We had a wonderful 7 nights at the condo. It was beautiful, just as described in the app. Convenient so close to the beach. Well worth it! The A/C went out late one evening and we contacted the owner Christina, they came within the hour to check it. They had it fixed right away, even though it was the weekend of the 4th, she made sure we were comfortable. They were very quick at responding. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Clearwater.

Very disappointed

My husband and I just stayed here for 2 weeks. Very disappointed with the couches being so uncomfortable we couldn’t sit on them and relax. The pull out sofa was impossible to sleep on it due to the medal bar attached to it so don’t plan on useing it. Very disappointed with the bedroom TV not connected so we could not use it. The price for this tiny condo with the above mentioned is not worth it.

Hi Gale, I am very sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay. Unfortunately you didn’t reach up to me in order to help up with the TV or any other problem during your stay. The bedroom 50 inch flat screen SMART TV is conected with THE HD box independently from the living room and needs rebooting the modem from time to time . This takes 3 minutes to resolve but i wasn’t aware about it. The apartment was rented for 2 people and my King size bed always received great comments in regards with the comfort and size. A sofa bed will never be as comfortable as a real bed. All pull up sofas have a metal bar at the end that is acctually used to pull out the bed. I agree that it can be uncomfortable when getting out of bed. This is why If it is to be used, I accept it for children. There are 2 bedrooms unit available in the complex and you may consider renting a proper 2 beds if you need that type of accommodation. I personally work hard to maintain a clean, nice apartment and I am extremely responsive to my guests requests ( everybody gets my mobile number and the assurance that I am just a phone call away) this is why i am really saddened that you didn’t enjoy your stay. Great Stay and Location

The owners Cristina and Marc were more that helpful in arranging what made our stay perfect. The condo is very tastefully decorated ( as if I did it myself!) and the layout is superb for two people. They have thought of everything you would likely ever need for a home away from home. Even Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach bag was provided for a day at the beach. If you ask for anything, Cristina will get back to you immediately even if its to supply you the best place to park free and the nicest strip of beach. The king bed was new and comfortable. Even with my sometimes bad back the bed while somewhat soft was very comfortable. The missus sure had no concerns and was out like at light each night. The kitchen is fully supplied, nice plates all the way to good wine glasses. All upscale. The patio is adequate but one really wouldn't spend lots of time out there anyway. At 5 pm the sun is shining on it and a quiet drink and cards was great before dinner. The location is also ideal. Clearwater beach and all other attractions, restaurants etc. are so close and Abe's Bar you can walk to in 5 mins, along with Publix etc. right across the street. The only issue I would have with the condo......we had to leave. We have booked a longer stay next year and look forward to it yet again. The owners even met us one night and brought us a bottle of wine...nice touch! Thanks Cristina.....look forward to our return! 2017

The condo was in the perfect location for us for this getaway.

The property was nice as well as convenient to everything. Publix across the street and Walmart very close by along with restaurants etc. It was exactly what we needed for this trip as it was about visiting family and friends in the area. The condo was clean and comfortable and Christina the owner was only a phone call away in case you needed anything. The pool area was beautiful but unfortunately the weather was a bit chilly to make use of it but we did get to the beach to walk. The only minor thing is new bed pillows and sheets that don't slip off of the matriss would be a plus. We would definitely stay again.

Out stay here while in Clearwater was excellent. The property was everything as advertised. The condo is very clean and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The pool on the property is very clean and refreshing. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well. The communication with Christina was awesome. Clearwater condo

The condo we rented looked exactly like the photos . It was tastefully decorated and very clean ! There were ample towels and a basket with dish washing liquid, laundry detergent and a couple chocolates ! The pool area was very nice and well maintained. There is a restaurant we walked to that was so good and the prices were great ! The location is an easy drive, 10-15 minutes , to the beaches of Clearwater . We highly recommend this property !
