Set on 1500 square metres of private land and just 400 metres from a serene stretch of Balnarring Beach, this is the ideal spot to cosy up with loved ones and enjoy the quiet charm of the Mornington Peninsula in the cooler months.
The Space:
Our rustic 3-bedroom A-frame home provides warm, inviting comfort for everyone during the winter season. The ground level includes one bedroom, a bathroom, and laundry, while the open-plan living and kitchen area, with its northerly aspect, fills with natural light and warmth during the day. Step out to the private front deck â a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink by the outdoor heater.
Upstairs, you'll find two good-sized bedrooms and a family room with access to the balcony, offering peaceful treetop views and a quiet nook to unwind with a book or board game.
Located in picturesque Balnarring Beach, youâre perfectly placed to experience the best of the Mornington Peninsula in winter â from cosy cellar doors and gourmet dining to scenic coastal walks and relaxing soaks in the Peninsula Hot Springs, all just a short drive away.
With 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and generous indoor and outdoor spaces, this home is perfect for families, friends, or a romantic winter getaway for two.

Please note: The second level is accessed via a steep spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for very young children.

6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
