The apartment is a second floor walk-up apartment, loaded with windows to provide great light in the home. Full kitchen, family room, dining room and bathroom included. The bedrooms are furnished with spa quality linens, and comfortable mattresses. Free street parking in front of the home.



Central location with vibrant nightlife including music venues, a karaoke bar, indoor arcades, theaters and dive bars. If you plan to spend a night in, the apartment is equipped with roll down black out shades and sound machines to allow an escape from the activity.

Getting Around:

The streetcar is about a 10-minute walk from the home and can take you to most parts of the city. This is a very walkable neighborhood. You can also rent bikes though the city Blue Bike kiosks.



Other Things to Note:

Per New Orleans City requirements, this home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
