Great house, wonderful community.

Driving through Maine this was our first stop for a few nights. Great house, just big enough for a family of 4, the second bedroom is bunkbeds which the kids love. The sun room/porch was nice to have to as a separate space, though our stay was during a heat wave, so it was only used at night. Easy to get in and out of the property, nice location and the pool is great. There is a pavilion that provides shade so it's a good spot to setup if you plan on being there a while. The folks we talked to were very nice, not sure how many were residents vs renters.

Relaxing Maine Retreat!

We had a lovely Maine vacation. Leading up the to trip, our host was so nice! He checked in, answered questions, and gave recommendations on places to eat and things to do on our trip. When we arrived, the cottage was so cute! It had everything our family of four needed and was a relaxing place to come home to in the evenings. We had a great trip and would love to stay again!

Great for our little family

This was a great spot for our family (two adults and one infant). The condo community is very cute and was nice to walk around. Wells is a great central location! The listing hadn't said there was a laundry machine, but it was a pleasant surprise. The smart TVs also had some kind of pin/lock so we weren't able to use them with our accounts. Otherwise, this place was great, we would return!

Loved everything about it!

We just got back from this adorable beach dreams cottage. What a great find! We have stayed in the complex before but in a different cottage. I have been coming up to this area since I was a kid so I can’t say enough about wells and Ogunquit and all there is to do. Tons of great restaurants, great shopping main st Ogunquit, great ice cream ( scoop deck, big daddy’s, sweet peas ) and great fun of course and beautiful beaches. This particular cottage is in the back of the complex which is nice because it’s quiet and removed. Beds are super comfortable which is so important to us. Our kids ages 8 and 13 loved the bunks. Master bed very comfy and even the futon on the sun porch is comfy as I took a nap out there. Sofa and chair in living room is oversized and comfy. Unit it clean. Owner is very responsive to anything you need. We will be back!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! THE COTTAGE: It's beautiful, updated and modern. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well kept with a ton of great amenities. Our kids loved the sunroom, the outdoor swing chair, and the bunk beds. The full kitchen was perfect. THE COMMUNITY: It was great. There are several pools--we preferred the closest one, a very short walk from the cottage, as it was less crowded. The kids spent hours there and had a blast. The grounds are beautiful---there's so much we just didn't have time to do, such as tennis/pickleball, the fitness center, hot tub, etc. Everybody we met was super nice/family-oriented, and the community was very quiet at night! THE LOCATION: I have to say, it was a great spot. It was outside of the congestion of Ogunquit, but close enough for a short ride in. The beach was only a few minutes away as well. There's a supermarket just down the road, and we enjoyed a movie in that same complex on the one rainy day we had. There are a ton of great restaurants and ice cream spots very close by! THE HOSTS: They were amazing--very communicative and available. All the instructions were laid out very clearly. And they were happy to answer any questions we had. Their recommendations on beaches and parking were clutch! It was a joy dealing with such nice people. If you're thinking about a place in the Ogunquit/Wells area, I highly recommend this spot!
