Very convenient to beach. Pool and screened back porch very nice. Got there at 5:15 and cleaning lady still there. Must have forgot to change the sheets cause they were stinky. Would be 5 stars if no stinky beds.

This was a trip for my elderly parents, and this house was perfect for them. It is single-level with walk-in showers. The huge screened back porch was incredible and they spent a lot of time there. The private pool was a huge plus, as well as the fenced back yard. Very pet friendly! The location is great—probably a 7-8 minute walk to the beach, but there is also easy parking available if you want to drive. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and will definitely be back.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family. The large screened in back porch is where we spent the majority of our time and the tv outside was a huge plus.

Had to call the evolve contact when we arrived. Never on a vacation have we had 3 different people come out and fix things . Pool wasn't clean and safe to swim in unless you been swimming in ponds. Griddle wasn't clean and many lights bulbs were out in the house . Smoke detector wires were hanging from the ceiling with no smoke detector attached. Lots of light switches with no responses . Master bedroom bathroom sink was stopped up . TV on the back porch didn't work so a maintenance man came out and replaced it. Cleaning lady came and asked if she needed to clean but we said no unless she wanted the griddle. She said the griddle cleaning was on the maintenance man so not sure about that either . You can tell that the property owner doesn't check his property regularly or whoever he pays to keep it up isn't doing there job. The property was in a safe and convenient area but whoever keeps the place up sucks . The pool area needs a major uplift and landscaping. The property could be really nice if showed attention.

Awesome place, the screened in porch was great with the pool view, the overall renting and check-in process was very smooth didn't have one issue. Well except master bed mattress could use a little upgrading but we'll certainly be going back again.

Great house and location

We recently visited Mexico Beach for the first time and loved it!!!! The house was perfect for us. It was a very peaceful location and lots of outdoor living space. We hope to go back in the fall and if available we would love to stay in the same house!

Nice house close to the beach

House was easy to locate and access. The home was clean and ready for our arrival, with clean towels in the bedrooms. Pool was nice as well as the backyard fire pit, backyard screened in porch was a great place to hang out. Enjoyed the property and would recommend.

Great time!

The house was just perfect for my family and my parents. The screened in porch was great to be able to be outside with the kids without worrying about them getting too close to the pool. We had a great time and would recommend this place. We rented a golf cart so we could access the beach quickly and easily. There's also a playground nearby that we visited almost every day.

Fall getaway

Property was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. Area around pool could use some TLC but rwst of house was wonderful. Really enjoyed screened in room at back of home.

When entering the house ot was nicely pit together and clean. Screened in area was not clean, understood because it was outside. Back landscaping was weeds. Things were missing or did not work, ie remote of master ceiling fan-could not turn off light with fan running; 3rd bedroom - light cover was missing to ceiling fan and light to no decorations; 2nd bedroom-only 1 small side table for furniture no real place to put your things; outside screening was sliced by door and panel next to it; dining table cloth chairs - legs were put on wrong and were hazard for breaking apart. Worst of all NO broom for clean up and previous renters left dog poop all over backyard that we cleaned up.

Quick bday trip

My husband’s birthday. It was very nice to be able to take our dogs with us. We enjoyed the beach, watching sunsets hanging out by the pool and eating good food. This house was perfect. We plan to come back! Great last minute bday trip!!

When can we return?

We enjoyed the large common areas. The grand boys liked the pool. We all liked the screened room with plenty of seating and a tv as we watched college basketball. Close to park for the boys to play basketball. And we all played some pickleball.

Great quiet neighborhood

Beautiful cozy home with everything you need. Perfect for our 2 dogs with the fenced in yard. Just minutes away from everything. My only complaint is that yhe pool filter wasn't working but, hey, I still layed on my float for 4 hour's!
