Perfect for families or groups of friends, this charming house features a bright and airy living room with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with all the streaming capabilities, along with plenty of natural light. You'll also love the fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances, a spacious dining area, and four spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.
There is also a second living area with a second flat screen TV, two good sized bathrooms (main with separate bath), large dining area, plus much more.
Outside, you'll find a large backyard, outdoor seating and plenty of space for kids and pets to run around and play. With a convenient location just minutes from the beach, local cafes, and shops, you'll love the relaxed and laid-back lifestyle that comes with staying on the Bellarine Peninsula.
The laundry completes this wing of the house and is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum, iron board and iron and an abundance of other useful items.
Guests are welcome to use the high carport next to the lock-up garage with enough room for your boats or jetskis, as well as driveway and onstreet parking. The undercover area is equipped with a 4-seater table, plus outdoor lounge setting. Guests are welcome to pick the fruit from the established passionfruit vine.
Basic kitchen and bathroom amenities are included for your stay, including water dispenser in fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, kettle, toaster, coffee machine & soda stream.
Positioned perfectly and completely equipped for a quiet getaway, fishing trip, family summers or winter escapes; this holiday home is the perfect setting for a tranquil getaway all year round.
