Omaha Getaway just minutes stroll from stunning Omaha beach 🏝️

A beautifully presented modern home in southern Omaha where you can retreat to enjoy the birdlife in our trees, go swimming, surfing or take long walks on the beach just a couple of minutes away. This single level residence features a large open plan living, kitchen dining space with great indoor-outdoor flow to a north facing covered outdoor dining area, BBQ and garden.

Comfortably sleeping 8 people, we have 5 bedrooms, including 3 queen double rooms (2)+(2)+(2), one queen + single room (3), plus a bunk room with a single bed (3). Groups of 9-12 guests are welcome but only with prior approval and subject to additional guest fees. Strictly no parties or large gatherings.

A fantastic spacious kitchen zone with island and bar stools makes entertaining fun and easy with 2 couches and very large solid wood tables both in and out. A heat pump / AC in the living room keeps things comfortable year-round. Smart TV with Prime Video supplied in a dedicated media room, with board games and puzzles provided for some old school quality time.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the property has room for 3 off street parks or swap a car for a boat, with the boat ramp only 2 minutes away. There is a stainless outdoor bench if you need to process some catch. Outside is a hot shower to rinse off after strolling the private paths that take you directly from the beach. Conveniently located close to the local food store and cafe.

Linen and towels are not provided. You will need to bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. We will provide mattress covers, duvets and pillows only. If you require linen please enquire and this can be arranged for an additional $35 per person for the stay duration. If hiring linen please refer the floor plan in the photos and inform us of the bed you wish to be made up (eg. B1Q etc)

Lastly please note as owners we have a golden Labrador dog that occasionally stays at the property with us. She is not allowed on furniture or beds. We use professional cleaners before and after every guest to keep the house spotless however it is virtually impossible to remove all traces of her. Please consider this in your booking especially if you are allergy sensitive.
