The first level of the home features two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, authentic Mexican design finishes, large windows allowing for plenty of natural light, and high-end linens. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a twin bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. This is a great setup for families with kids that want to sleep close together. In between both of the bedrooms is a full bathroom, complete with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower with rain shower features.

Take the stairs from the front foyer up to the main living areas. This open-concept space is designed for entertaining, and allows guests to move freely from the living room into the kitchen and the outdoor terrace. The modern living room features a comfortable couch and recliners, cozy blankets and accent pillows, a classic coffee table, and a sleek wall-mounted TV. After a long day at the beach, everyone can find their favorite spot on the comfortable couches and enjoy a laid-back movie night.

The living room flows into the main dining area and gourmet kitchen. The traditional Mexican kitchen features authentic tile work, wooden cabinets, name-brand appliances, and sleek countertops. The drawers and cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and other kitchen gadgets. Brew coffee in the coffee maker and enjoy it out on the patio, or use the stove and microwave to reheat leftovers from C&G Cava Boutique down the Malecon. This recently upgraded kitchen has everything you need to cook a quick breakfast before going down to the beach, and the double sinks and whisper-quiet dishwasher make it easy to clean up after a family meal. A table and three chairs fit perfectly in this family kitchen and are a great place to open up your laptop, connect to the Wi-Fi, and get some work done before heading out to dinner.

There is a third bedroom located just off the living room on the second floor. This spacious retreat features a queen size bed, earthy color tones, and a large window that allows her plenty of natural light. Guests in this bedroom can unpack their suitcases and organize all of their belongings in the handcrafted dresser and expansive closet. Wake up each morning in this bedroom and step into the private bathroom to get ready for the day. The beautiful mirrored vanity has two hand-painted sinks, and a beautifully tiled shower and is stocked with hotel-quality towels and bathroom basics.

If you love to spend time outside, you'll love the shady and private outdoor terrace that overlooks the Sea of Cortez. Start each day with a cup of coffee out on the patio, or order takeout from the local restaurant down the street and enjoy it out here with a view. This private oceanview terrace has an outdoor dining area and comfortable lounge furniture, making it feel more like an extension of the living room than a traditional patio.
