Huge Family? 5 bedroom sleeps 16 with private pool home!!

This is a beautiful 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms house, 2 level home with  2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 living rooms with appliances ,central air condition,  washer/ dryer,and a beautiful newly installed swimming pool for your delight. 
As you walking up to the house you will notice the huge gate for secure parking. Huge patio with a fire pit and BBQ and mini stove.
Entering the home you will find the first living room with a huge Tv, and the dinning area and first kitchen, and 3 bedrooms all located on the first floor.

Up a flight of stairs you will find your self with the second kitchen and second living room, space for the whole family. 2 more bedrooms are located on the second level, The home has enough beds to Sleep up to 16 guests!! The second living room has access to a middle patio deck that has its furniture to enjoy meals in the open and a top view of the pool, Also there is a hammock and a ping pong table.

A flight of stairs next to the house leads to the middle deck from the front patio, which also leads to a 3 level deck which has seating for 4 with an incredible view of the beach and the surrounding area.

Must Bring your own TOWELS!!!

NOTE: Owner lives on-site in apartment. You will have exclusive use to swimming pool.
