There are two bedrooms on the second floor
-First bedroom, the `Fishing Room`, has two twin beds, a closet and nightstand
-Second bedroom, the `Skiing Room`, has a queen bed, a dresser, nightstands and a closet

Third Floor:
-Airy loft with two couches, lounge chair and breathtaking views
The primary suite is located on the third floor
-King size bed, dedicated work area, smart TV, dresser and ensuite bathroom

You have access to the whole home, garage, grill, patio, balcony, fire pits...and the LAKE!
You also have access to the amazing, award winning amenities within Arrowhead Lakes Community.

Upon arrival - you will need to stop at the main office to collect your gate pass to be able to access the community. A car is recommended for getting around.

**Additional Fees Required**

Temporary community membership fees are mandatory for all guests. The fees are as follows:
-$35 one time registration fee
-$20 per vehicle
-$6 per person, per day

All people 6 years and older must be counted and paid for. This is a gated community, any unregistered guests or vehicles will be denied access. *All persons and vehicles must be finalized 4 days before arrival. After this cut off, no changes can be made.

After booking, we will need to obtain all guests first and last names, make, model, license and state for each vehicle and names of the drivers. We will also need the main guests phone number and email address. These items are required by the community.

You will receive a separate link after booking to pay the additional fees (usually a week before arrival)

-Dogs are welcome, weight restrictions do apply. There is a fee of $50 per dog per night.
-Due to wildlife, there is no curbside trash/recycling pickup. There is a drive-thru collection area just past the main gate on the left. Guests are asked to take trash at departure.
*Minimum age to book this property is 25*
Welcome to our Poconos Oasis! We want you to have an amazing time in our little slice of paradise while ensuring our home stays in great shape for everyone. We’ve had some issues in the past, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!
House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
