Guest Access:
We have a single car garage available for guest parking. Additional parking is available on the street. You will access the home from the front door or the garage. The front door has a smart lock and the garage has a keypad. Guest code will be provided 1 hour prior to check in. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check-in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check-in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):
(1) No smoking inside or outside the property
(2) No pets
(3) No parties or events
