Better than the picture. We were there for my grandsons graduation. Ten of us, plenty of room and enough bathrooms. Everything was wonderful.

The property was very clean and located close to location where competition was held. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Checking in and out was easy. The only thing is the checkout list was long and we joked about it but we loved the property and host

The house was spacious and well-appointed. It was close to every Hershey attraction. It was spotlessly clean and the homeowner was communicative and accommodating. Perfect stay for our group !

Nice place. Convenient to Hershey Park.

It is a nice place. The train literally is just behind the backyard. Noise didn’t bother us and men and boys in our family loved it. 5 bedrooms and 3 baths worked out well for 6 adults and 4 kids.

Generational Family Vacation

House really nice, a little concerned with glass coffee table and end tables with the littles, but we did just fine. Stairs to basement bed rooms were really steep, but we did just fine. Nice big backyard for the kids to play and deck for family to watch them.

Awesome!

Great location within minutes to all of the major attractions. We enjoyed the train going by. We made a contest out of watching for the best graffiti on the train cars big backyard. Very quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely book this house again.

Lovely & Convenient Hershey Getaway

This property was as advertised - very close to Hershey Park and all of its attractions, near Tangier Outlets and anything else you want or need. There’s a lovely view off of the back porch, a great place to grill and watch the sunset! The rooms and bathrooms were roomy and provided plenty of sheets, towels and pillows. Wonderful finished basement and great Wi-Fi and TV services!!

Hershey

The property was close to Hershey Park and stores. The backyard abuts a railroad track. My grandchildren had a ball watching the freight trains go by. Would definitely return if I go back to Hershey.

The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. However there was an overwhelming odor of mothballs in certain rooms. There is also a train that goes through the backyard that went through at all hours of the night.

The check-in process went very smoothly. The house was very clean, welcoming and looked nice. The kitchen had a very limited amount of pots and pans and nothing that you could fry eggs in, so we bought our own. There were no potholders or hot pads. There were far more wine glasses than regular drinking glasses. There was no dish drainer to put dishes in that were hand washed.The bed linens and towels were saturated with an unbearable scent most likely from the laundry detergent. We stripped the beds and washed all the sheets twice and there was still some scent on them. All linens in a rental should be washed with unscented detergent.Overall, we loved the layout and the number of rooms. The additional living room downstairs was a great bonus! It’s proximity to Hersheypark was very convenient. The grandchildren absolutely loved all the trains going by and would run outside to wave to them every time.I would recommend staying here as long as the linens are scent free and additional items added to the kitchen.

Trains every hours

Trains ran right behind rental every hours all day and night long. Hot in house only one ceiling fan in whole house. Could not control thermostat always went back to vacation mode hot in bedrooms no ceilings fans and air in rooms . Had to leave bedroom doors open to get cooler air from living room. Large trains depot down road very hours train runs behind house I count at least 8 trains over midnight time period to 8:00 am. Whole house shook when train goes by and whistle blowing.

well.....overall, i would say it was good. however.....when we got there, we could not get in the door, as our code was never entered. it was raining the day we got there.....and found one room in the basement with a large puddle in it. when we went to put out the trash, the cans were full to the top, as nobody ever took the cans out to be emptied by the trash company. also....it should really be noted that there are freight train tracks in the yard, and trains go by all hours of the day and night. we were able to contact Karen from Evolve to get us into the house, and get the water cleaned up. Karen really saved us from a couple of problems. the property was convenient to the area attractions.....but, better care needs to be taken at the property.

I won’t book with Evolve again

The house HVAC needs work. It doesn’t flow into secondary bedrooms - they are HOT, when we moved the shampoo/conditioner left in bathrooms there was mildew- the bigger issue was the fact that no trash had been put to the curb. All of the bins were completely full. No one has taken that trash our in 2 weeks . Also- the property’s grass has not been mowed in weeks. It was a trip hazard for anyone walking in it. Some ants in the living room. It would prob be good to mention the freight trains going every 20 min. You would think with a property management company these things would be taken care of. Porch below deck unusable and dangerous. One ceiling fan. USB charging doesn’t work in master. We were left with 5 paper towels. Toiletries in master bath must have been removed by a guest. There is very little care being put in to this property. I didn’t reach out to property manager so can’t review that. We were there for 2 days and the trash wasn’t going to be picked up in that time or a lawn mowed - nothing they would be fixing when we were there. We left a day early
