The view was spectacular. One major problem was there was no light over the dinner table. Andrea said take the one from the extra bedroom, but that was not a good solution for us.

Unit was very clean and comfortable. Great views!! Communication was excellent and Michelle waited for us for easy check-in and provided gave some great recommendations when checking us in. Grocery store and subway right next door. Walkable to Water Street and Gaslamp district. And kindly mailed me something that I forgot in the unit.

Enjoyed the scary view was amazing! Only complaint was it was so hot!! There was a portable ac but it was not enough! Me and my niece had fans blowing all day and night it was really uncomfortable!

The view from the balcony was beautiful especially at night. Seeing Canada Place lit up at night was breathtaking. Our family loved the art and the plants, it really added to the overall ambiance of the apartment. The beds, sheets and blankets were very clean & comfortable. There was extra towels available and all the appliances worked wonderfully in the fully stocked kitchen. Both bathrooms were very clean as well as the washer & dryer. An added bonus was the Nespresso machine and pods left for us to enjoy ! The host was very accommodating when I had to change check-in time and all the instructions for parking, trash disposal etc was very clearly communicated. Easy walk to Canada Place and Gas town district, as well as a huge grocery store on the main floor of the building. This is a fabulous property and when we’re in Vancouver again we’ll definitely stay there ! 5 Stars :)

So gross. Didn't even want to sit on the furniture. Shower was disgusting. Very dirty.

Thank you for your comment. The furniture is not dirty, it’s old leather. Definitely a difference. I will talk to the cleaning staff about the shower and will have photos now before every guest.

We loved the location and view from the condo! Being on the 30th floor was fantastic. The kitchen was really nice and looked newly remodeled. We appreciated the owner and staff keeping in contact so well with me and my husband. The only drawback, which wasn’t the fault of the owner was the constant sirens, especially at night, so bring earplugs. We would definitely tell friends about this condo and hope to book it ourselves again in the future!

Stunning apartment overlooking VancouverViews are breathtaking on 30th floor Modern clean well appointed kitchen and bathrooms with all necessities Fabulous central island for cooking and chillin Bed rooms super comfortable if not a little bit short on space to move around Safe area well connected to down town and china quarters so many bars and restaurants Incredible Asian super market and cafe next door to apartment complexThe only negative comments are the appartment has a ‘cobbled together ‘ feeling With lots of random hanging cables , push pins and tape everywhere that kinda makes it feel somewhat amateurish which is not doing the apartment any justice at all Loved our stay though and would have no hesitation in staying again - thank you

Andrea, the host, was very easy to contact and very accommodating. The views were unreal! We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended the rental to family.

Andrea and Roy were great with communication, making check-in super easy. The location is a short walk to Gastown, Yaletown, and tons of restaurants. Plenty of transit options nearby too. Best part? The awesome views. The balcony’s perfect for chilling and catching sunrises or sunsets.

I couldn't be happier calling this gorgeous condo home for 4 nights, I would stay again and wish i can extend my stay longer, it truly has a HOME feeling, excellent location close to everything we wanted to do, steps to the metro/bus stops. Our host & housekeeper were very attentive, courteous & welcoming. If you're lucky enough to have stumbled into this condo, book it!

Amazing View and Location

This apartment is literally in the middle of everything you could want to see or do in downtown Vancouver. The views from the balcony and the overall location are both 10/10.We walked to multiple museums, ate amazing food for every meal, went to a comedy club, a sports bar and a dance club all on different nights and we did it all without ever moving our car out of the parking garage or paying for a ride to get anywhere.We will be staying here anytime that we come back, assuming it's available.

What amazing views from this 30th floor apartment over Gastown and Burrard Inlet! Great shower, comfy bed, kitchen facilities, interesting art and quirky decor :-). Very cute apartment! The view is breathtaking and the area has many things with in walking distance. Lots of good food all around. There will be some homeless people wandering around however they were very to themselves and didn’t seem to be bothering anyone. It’s not just that area that has homeless it’s a city so it was pretty much anywhere you went. Andrea was very clear with her communication and everything was smooth sailing. I would definitely stay here again and again.
