Can't say enough about it. Newly redone, spacious, plenty of room and only a mile to the beach. Save some money and stay in this place with your family, you won't regret it, we had a blast.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Close driving to the beach and cute shops. House was spacious and great amenities. The host was great at answering queations we had like being able to use the grill.

Our family vacation

My family and I take a summer vacation each year to the different beaches in North Carolina. We look for a place that is our home away from home. This property was amazing! It was our home away from home. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Nice and roomy, but a little far from the beach

Our family of five with 3 teen/young adult children and my husband and me had plenty of space to spread out. Everyone had their own bed, which my older kids really appreciate after years of sharing a sleeper sofa. The place was very clean and had all of the necessary household items, including starter toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. There is no shampoo or conditioner, but we had our own so no problem. I do wish they provided more than one bat towel per person, as we had three ladies showering and washing hair, so a second towel would have been helpful. There is a washer/dryer, but for only a long weekend, we did not use it. The house is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, so we ended up driving and parking. We weren’t at the height of a busy season, so parking was easy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful and roomy

The house is absolutely beautiful. It’s appointed with comfy, beach themed decor and plenty of space. We had our family of 5, and everyone had a comfortable bed. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware, although we did not cook any meals. Having a Keurig was great, as I am the only one of us who drinks coffee. A couple of things that would have improved our stay was a few extra bath towels. We brought our own beach towels and didn’t need those, but there was a single bath towel per person. With three ladies washing their hair and showering each day, we were short on towels. It was a long weekend visit for us, so it se led silky that we would need to do laundry just to have enough towels. Perhaps I misunderstood, but I thought the house was closer to the beach. It was about a 15-20 minute walk for us. That’s doable for our family with 2 adults and 3 teens, but might be tougher for anyone with older adults or small children. Overall a nice place to sleep on a quick trip to visit UNCW and see a concert in the area.
