Romar Lakes 202A is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the second floor, offering a peaceful lakefront view. From the balcony, enjoy calm water, native coastal greenery, and a serene setting - perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation with the gentle sounds of nature.

We will stay here again when we come back. It was very clean with a great location. The pool was great, and even though we had double red flags most of our trip the beach access was easy. We ant least got to go and see the beach. Our family had the best time!

Don’t hesitate, BOOK NOW! This place was truly a gem! I aurally book beachfront properties, but I will book here from now on. My family and I stayed here a week! They fell in love with the balcony, and all of the wildlife they got to see! The pool was family friendly, and everyone was so kind. All areas of the space were immaculate! There was laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. We also had our own! I was able to cook every night using the pots and pans available! We had coffee on the balcony every morning! The bed was comfortable, in my opinion! I napped each day I was there! The listing for beach access was accurate. There was a button to stop the traffic at the light. We were able to walk thru the deeded access gates and walk directly in the sand! There were beach chairs, some toys, and fishing poles available. Where the gate led was not a very busy space, and after 5pm we pretty much had the area to ourselves. There is a restaurant right at the front of the property, and a mini golf place right there as well. After the beach or pool, we had movie nights as the main TV is a smart TV. There is lots of space for a family. The host communicated frequently. I also got texts each day alerting me of the beach flag for the day and conditions. The location is near lots of places; Walmart, Rouses, and Publix are all down the street. There’s lots of smaller stores as well. Overall, our stay was perfect and we will book AGAIN and AGAIN!

There was very easy walking access to the beach from this property. That’s not the main pro but a huge one. That and the alligator in the waterway behind the property. The property was nice enough and comfortably slept 5 of us. There are some items that need repaired but nothing major. Things like a few broken shades on the sliding door, which let in extra light for those sleeping on the pullout, some flooring was peeling up, and several deck chairs were unusable because the rockers were broken and you’d fall out if you leaned back. The most serious issue though is the decking in front and back where it’s easy to pick up splinters from old wood. Had to deal with splinters a few times. The deck to the gazebo was also in need of replacing. It was great having a washer and dryer but they were very loud and not behind doors so we had to leave when we used them. There were also several burnt out or flickering lightbulbs. The primary bathroom needs updated to match the 2nd bathroom, especially the stool and shower. None of this is a major issue but it’s clear there’s deferred maintenance throughout the unit. A minor annoyance was the grooved table in the kitchen because it was a crumb magnet and very hard to clean with the limited supplies available. The check in was super easy and the daily messages about beach conditions were very nice. The location is almost perfect being away from most heavy traffic. Would stay again but maybe in an updated unit.

We loved the view from the balcony, and saw turtles, birds, and alligators. The condo was in a great spot, and was easy to find. It was a quiet area. The pool is amazing! I loved that there was an elevator for carrying the heavy things. We loved this space so much!

This is the second time I have stayed at Romar lakes. I like the area. it was cooler to be there the 1st time in October 2 years ago. The places are set up nice and highly recommended. The lake's wild life was nice to see again. Way more privacy than a hotel room and all the main comforts of home.

Long weekend

The living and dining being open was plenty big enough for our whole family of 5 to hang out, even with a teenager and a tween! It seemed private while still being in a great location. The communication with the host is unmatched!

Good location

This is a great location to the beach and alot cheaper than the beach front properties. The deck backed up to a body of water and we able to watch an alligator, which my kids loved. We would stay here again.

Loved watching the wildlife!

Sitting on the back balcony and watching the alligators, turtles, and blue herons was truly a highlight of our trip! The condo was plenty spacious for the 3 of us and a just short walk to the beach!
