This one bedroom North East facing apartment on Fitzroy St, is light filled and offers all the comforts of home but right in the hub of fantastic St Kilda with free secure basement car park.
Set towards the rear of the complex, so when you come home after exploring the many restaurants or bars, you can retreat to your secluded oasis away from the noise and bustle of vibrant St Kilda.
A light filled open-plan living area, thoughtfully furnished, offers a welcoming space to unwind, with a super comfy Koala sofa inviting guests to settle in and watch some TV or kick back with a book.
The large undercover balcony is the perfect spot for your morning latte or evening drinks.
If you need a break from going out exploring the many restaurants and bars in St Kilda, you can untilse the fully equipped kichen the enjoy your meal either dining on the balcony or sitting on stools at the kitchen island bench.
The spacious and elegantly appointed bedroom sleeps two guests, offering a queen-size bed plus a side table and lamp.
The Koala Queen sofa bed is a great option if second bed is required.
The bathroom has all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer, while a laundry area with a washing machine, an added convenience.
