Entering through the front door on the ground level, there are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom combined with laundry, and an inviting tiled living area. The living area opens onto a spacious deck with fruit trees, a lovely, private, enclosed backyard with an undercover seating area with festoon lights and a firepit for the cooler months.

Upstairs, you are greeted by stunning One Mile Beach views! Open up the sliding glass doors to let the ocean breeze flow through the house. The balcony spans the length of the house and features a BBQ with comfortable outdoor furniture to sit back and enjoy the view.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all your home comforts with a breakfast bar and dining area. The loungeroom features a wall mounted TV with streaming apps, books and games.

The master bedroom features an ensuite, stunning ocean views and leads onto the balcony. There are 2 more comfortable bedrooms upstairs, all with ceiling fans and a spacious master bathroom with separate toilet. After the beach you can wash off under the outdoor shower!
