Celebration of Life

Great location, home was clean, spacious, and very welcoming. It provided everything we needed as a family. Quick response from host was a positive. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay. One thing to note: TVs in each room would have been the icing on a very good cake!

Clean and comfortable

The house was clean, beds were comfortable. We were 4 adults and 3 children in town to be with family the week before Christmas.The location was near our son’s home. We did not spend any time outside so I can’t attest to those areas. The neighborhood wasn’t pristine, but I did not feel unsafe.

Very nice, peaceful neighborhood close to everything we needed. House was extremely clean. We had a great time. Living and kitchen furnitures are okay, probably close to time for an upgrade. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again. Thanks.

This property is all it said. Great renovation on this property. The ac worked great. It was around 110 outside and the house stayed good and cool. The location was perfect for us because we have family in the same neighborhood

Great weekend getaway

Myself, husband, cousin and his wife visited Dallas area for the weekend to see my brother and stayed in this house. Perfect! Very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to include preparing dinners. We were able to visit several area attractions over the weekend because proximity to them was great. Will definitely try to come back next year!

Wonderful Say in Dallas

We recently stayed in this lovely 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the Dallas area and had a fantastic time. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms were generously stocked with towels and toiletries, which was a nice touch.The kitchen was satisfactorily equipped, and we especially enjoyed cooking on the gas stove. As two couples traveling together, we found the home to be a perfect size and a comfortable space for relaxing evenings spent visiting and enjoying a glass of wine.The location was convenient, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the Dallas area.

SMU Graduation

This is definitely one of the better stays we’ve had. The home was clean, spacious and well stocked with bathroom supplies, towels and kitchen supplies. We were allowed early access to the property. Communication with property manager was EXCELLENT! She went as far as to supply us extra chairs and tables for us. Great stay and highly recommend!

SMU GRADUATION

Our stay here was amazing! We were celebrating our daughters college graduation from SMU. The home was close to the University, shopping and so much more. The property manager was so accommodating letting us enter the property much earlier since we had guests flying in from out of state. Geneva, the property manager went as far as supplying us with extra chairs and table for us. The home is very spacious and very comfortable. It is well stocked with all you need to make meals and the bathroom supplies were great! I definitely recommend this home for anyone who would like to feel like they’re at home away from home!

Birthday Celebration

There was a strong odor of a dog inside the home. I had to buy spray to spray the living room and kitchen area. The master bedroom was extremely hot at night but the rest of the home was cold. We had to buy a fan. The toilet and shower in the master bedroom stopped up the morning we were leaving. When flushing the toilet it tried to come up through the shower.

Hi Andre, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they would like to clarify the following: - The cleaning was completed just hours before your arrival, and the odor you noticed may have been from the eco-friendly cleaning products used. The property does not allow pets, and we’ve never had any previous issues with pet odors. - The A/C vents in the master bedroom were found closed after your stay, which may have affected the temperature in that room. The rest of the house’s A/C system was working properly, and we recommend checking the vents to ensure full airflow. - The plumbing issue you encountered appears to have been caused by an excessive amount of toilet paper, which led to the clog.We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!

Terrible communication, replace the fan in the master

booked a weekend stay with a family to arrive on a friday. i asked a question in my booking if i would receive the damage deposit back when we left the house with no damage and received no reply.. the week before the booking, i messaged and asked for verification that there was a pack and play, high chair and air matress at the house, as we would plan on not packing one and would have issue if there wasnt, and also an early check in for nap time for the kids. well no one replied. after multiple calls, emails and reaching out to customer service for Evolve rentals the property manager still never replied.. the only contact i ever had with the manager was a premade text message at arrival time. overall the house was nice, location was good. but the fan in the master bedroom was so loud! it was clicking, squeaking all night and we slept terribly and the next night had to sleep in a different room and put our newborn in there. the pack and play that was at the location looks like it was spit up in at some point and never cleaned... also i couldnt find an air matress anywhere in the location. the stay would have been much better if they had just replied...

We did not receive any messages prior to your stay. Our contact information is available in the house, and we sent a welcome text upon your arrival.- We inspected the ceiling fan in the main bedroom, and there's no noise.- We're sorry for any oversights with the Pack 'n Play.
