We stayed here for our girls' trip to Beaufort. It was perfect for us and met our requirements: very clean with updated decor and well equipped kitchen; comfortable seating for 4 of us to lounge and play games; perfect location for visiting tourist sites in and around Beaufort; close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Plus...any questions or concerns were immediately answered by the host!

The location is perfect for anything and everything you would want to do in Beaufort. However, the outside of the property is in need of a few repairs and the yard area was overgrown and snaky. The inside was clean and welcoming but we did have issues with the hot water heater during our stay. Overall I would give this property probably 3 1/2 stars.

Property is in a prime location basically right in the center of ladies island close to beaches and downtown Beaufort . Could actually drive over to Hilton head if desired mom was very clean upon arriving -Excellent communication do not hesitate to rent this property.

Home Away From Home

We are so happy we found this house for our vacation. We have older teens-adult kids, 5 between the ages of 13-19. Which means, the 3 bathrooms were a HUGE plus for us. The neighborhood was great! Quiet, relaxing, after the 1st night, we didn’t even lock the motorcycle. Plenty of room for everyone, clean, all the basics you need in the kitchen. It’s also really close to get to everything you could want to do while you’re there. Would highly recommend!

Overall this house served its purpose. We needed something last minute. The beds in this house are intolerable! No one had a good nights sleep. The mattress are worn, the beds wobble, the pillows are miserable. The outside of the property has potential but no efforts have been made to clean it up. The outside of the house is dirty. The porches were filthy. It just wasn’t the experience we were looking for, for the price.

Perfect location for family visiting Parris Island for their Marine Graduate. Close to downtown to enjoy lake side dining.

We had an amazing stay! There was plenty of room for the whole family. We have 5 kids between 13-19 & us 2 parents. Everyone had somewhere comfortable to sleep, and the 3 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. It’s a quiet neighborhood so you can relax but still be super close to everything to enjoy your vacation! No problems communicating with the host. The kitchen had all the basics that you need if you want to cook while you’re there. There’s 2 tv’s in the house but none in the bedroom, which I think is a plus. The screened in porch was a nice touch also. Would highly recommend for anyone who likes the comforts of a home away from home.

This is very nice home with great rooms and nice beds. If the exterior was cleaned up it would be excellent! It has great potential and we enjoyed our stay. Would certainly stay again.

The house was decorated in a warm, welcoming way. Everything was clean. We had just what we needed for our stay. We traveled down from Ohio for our son’s Marine Boot Camp graduation, the base was very easy and quick to get to.

Overall a great place. Several of the outlets didn’t work and so we couldn’t turn on lamps or plug in electronics. The tv in the loft did not work either. The house was clean and had spacious bedrooms.

Upon notice of the outlet not functioning we provided solution that it was due to a switch being off. At your departure the outlets were tested and it was indeed a switch at the bottom of the staircase that was causing the issue. We apologize for that inconvenience and have put preventive measures in place to avoid any further inconvenience to our guests. Nice clean home

Everything was very smooth! We had all we needed, and the home was nice and clean. Our only disappointment was the quality of the mattresses, but we made it work! We certainly recommend this home for families of Marine graduates!

Beautiful home

Very comfortable for a family of 7. Beautifully decorated throughout house and bedrooms even had some gorgeous antique furniture. Location was great! Communication with property manager was wonderful. Only thing I would say was a con was the beds. Not extremely comfortable and prefer a bigger bed. Also, tvs in bedrooms would have been nice.

It was an okay rental. The property really needs to be cleaned up and the house could have been cleaner the master bathroom had toothpaste or soap residue inside the medicine cabinet and on the wall under the mirror. It served its purpose

Family base for Marine graduation.

We had multiple generations planning to attend a Marine graduation and needed a four bedroom house. This property is a fifteen minute drive from the Parris Island entrance. It is not overly large, yet offered sufficient space for our party of seven guests. We liked the quiet neighborhood and the large yard that gave us a feeling of privacy. Inside, the bathrooms were clean and sufficiently stocked. The kitche also was clean and stocked with many staples (sugar, coffee, spices) that were convenient in various moments. We were satisfied with the experience.

The home is managed by a management company. Very efficient at communicating and keeping us informed. We were disappointed in the beds. Main bedroom bed sloped to the middle. 2nd bedroom, the bed made loud crinkly noises. 3rd bedroom stated it was a queen, but was a full. Made for very tight sleeping quarters. Twin upstairs was ok. However, the acorns hitting the skylight above the bed overnight was unsettling! Seven of us fit comfortably in the home. Kitchen could use more flatware.
