Please know that maintaining a clean and comfortable home for our guests is a top priority. During each turnover, the house is thoroughly cleaned, and all sheets are stripped and replaced. We weren’t made aware of any concerns during your stay other than the sticky doorknob and some remaining ash in the fireplace, both of which were promptly addressed. That said, we will always strive to do better and thank you for being our guest."

Birdsong is an amazing home isn’t. You get to appreciate nature at its finest and have lots of room for family to share. We hope you went home refreshed and relaxed. We are putting another filter type to help with the sulphur in the water too. Thank you so much for being our guest.
